  I had an exceptional experience and would highly recommend this wash to anyone looking for outstanding service. The manager & staff are professional, attentive, and genuinely committed to creating a positive experience for customers. It’s clear that good leadership and strong teamwork are a priority here.

  I drive out of my way to come to this specific Carwash. The tunnel is always working, the vacuums are great. The customer service is top notch and there are ALWAYS fresh rags and sprays. I love this Carwash.

  Terrible I have been a customer for years when through the other day and the wash put a scratch across the bumper and around the front corner of my truck. I submitted a claim with them and of course they aren’t taking responsibility for it no surprise. And haven’t shared any proof that they are not responsible. The whole process is left up to them and their team of course they will not claim responsibility. I’m very interested into knowing what the percentage of claims that are submitted that they actually take responsibility for I’m betting it’s very low if any at all. I have cancelled my subscription and will be telling everyone I know not to subscribe with them.

  Giving 4 stars only because the succession in the vacuums are very weak, unless I was just in the weak spot. Other than that it is a great place, they provide you with towels to clean and window cleaning solution and the complementary carpet cleaning.

  Concerned. Read the end of you want to skip to the bad part of the review… Here is the original.. I had a question for customer service at Whistle Car Wash, and I was genuinely impressed by the a young man named Luis who helped me. Before I even walked through the door, he came outside to meet me, already aware that I needed assistance. I really appreciated how attentive and observant he was. He listened to my questions, answered everything clearly, and helped me find a solution to my problem. His professionalism, kindness, and willingness to help really stood out. Whistle Car Wash provides excellent customer service, and it’s clear that they are doing a great job teaching the young people who work there valuable skills that will serve them throughout their lives. It was refreshing to see such a positive interaction, and I wanted to take the time to recognize it. Great job, Luis. Second review..3 weeks later. Not going to erase my original post. subtracting 3 stars because I want what we had years ago. The guy Luis acts a good act but I was expecting results. He said he took care of my bill issue but nothing at all changed. . Whistle… not Luis, didn’t fix my bill issue. So I’m going to be a little more open about my history here. I’m a monthly subscriber at this location for 4 years. I’ve been in an accident in the car wash tunnel a year ago when someone hit me from behind. The woman behind me didn’t understand why it was important to stay in neutral. The situation was rectified in my favor. I put it behind me like.. everyone makes mistakes. But A few months ago my tires must not have been on the track. In the middle of the wash I could feel my car start to slide sideways. There was a woman way too close behind me in the wash as well. She saw what was happening then my car started to travel backwards! I was so nervous. We went in afterwards to see if they could space us out to leave room for error in the future. . They were nice about it, thankfully. I literally get my car washed 3 times a week. I have seen stark changes. I’ve Never had so many problems and I’ve been a subscriber to a car wash in other states for nearly 8 years. I want something better. I rarely leave a bad review but dag. Had to.
