- CGChris GregoryApr 17, 20265.0I’ve been to other Valvolines before back at home in Charlotte and it doesn’t compare to this location, they greeted me very nicely and kept me informed with everything going on in my car unlike other locations and my experience was just great in all. The service team on my vehicle was Brandon who was very informative, Lashanti who also was very kind and informative and I didn’t get to speak to Edwin but I’ll make sure I give him his flowers as well on the team effort.

Without knowing that, Chris made sure to explain each service and answered all of my questions throughly. He was very attentive and kind; the entire staff was super friendly (and played great music). What normally is a rather stressful experience for me ended up being a great time! If the staff sees this: thank you all so much!
