  1st, let me say the staff in the shop, the location manager, and the shop manager are good folks to work with. The reason for 3 stars is the current truck I own. I bought my 2nd peterbilt from this location in 2021. A brand new 579. Its motor was and is a lemon. In 4 and a half years it has been in the shop for about 6 months off and on for a new rear end, new short block, new Def system, new fuel.pump, new injectors, and a new head among other things...I bought a ton of warranty when I got the truck which has paid for most of these repairs. I do not trust it not to have another catastrophic breakdown or breakdowns after the warranty ends which is fast approaching. This was supposed to be my last truck when I bought it. I was going to trade it for a new.pete with a Cummins instead of a paccar but the salesman I was talking to would not return.my phone calls or even try to sell me a new truck. One of my biggest pet peeves is not having communication from people. Here I was trying to do more business with a company that sold me a lemon motor in a great truck and they ghosted me. I've had to go to another brand to facilitate my purchase of a new truck. I hated doing so but it was necessary. TLG my suggestion would be to your sales staff...be professional and return phone calls even if you dont want someone's business, tell.them ....dont ghost them. I dont usually leave bad reviews but his has been eating at me for weeks now and it needed to be said.

  I drive a Matthews Specialty Vehicle Coach that isn’t all that easy to work on. Forward Engine Control with no easy access. The service guys really go above and beyond with services and fixes that I need to keep my Vehicle rolling when I need it. From finding windshield, to hard to find parts! To John and all the service guys who have worked on my Coach…. THANK YOU!!

  The service is great , but they close at night so you cant stay overnight, if you have a trailer you need to find another spot to part it if it has snowed because they do not touch the lower parking area where you park trailers and when you get stuck they tell you its on you to get out not them ! Well as much money as they make from drivers they should pave the entire lot
