  I am extremely disappointed with my experience here. I came in to have a tire replaced, and the replacement tire does not even look like the other three tires on my vehicle. When you pay for a service like this, you expect the shop to pay attention to detail and make sure the replacement is appropriate for your vehicle. The fact that my vehicle now has a tire that visibly looks different from the other three is frustrating and unacceptable, especially when I trusted this business to handle the job correctly. I should not have to leave a shop questioning whether the work was done properly or spend additional time trying to get the issue corrected. Customer satisfaction should mean more than simply putting a tire on a vehicle and sending the customer on their way. I expected better service, better communication, and more care in making sure the replacement matched the rest of my tires. I would not recommend this business based on my experience. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and makes things right, because this was far below the level of service a paying customer should receive.

  They did not honor Taylor tires tires. When I purchased them ended up running up an $1800 bill, trying to chase a shaking nonsenter, tired that I told them off tops, but went to 2 or 3 different mechanics to have looked at and worked on so spent a $1000. Saying that the tire is not centered and they will not honor it even when they sent me to their person to look at it

  Big shout out to the store manager, Michael, who saved the day for my family of 6 when our family van blew out a rear tire on the way in from vacation. When we called to check for the availability of our needed replacement tire, he could hear our kids in the background - on the side of the highway - and told us to have the van towed to their shop and they would take care of it right away (even though it was right at closing time and their staff would need to stay overtime). Everyone of the staff members were very kind and very professional. They had us back on the road in no time and the price was very reasonable for a full set of new tires. Thank you guys so much!
