Very disappointed with their services. I went in for them to patch my tire and they ended up breaking my tire sensor. They covered the cost of the tire sensor as they should, but I paid $42 to have a tire patched. It ended up taking over an hour to get my car fixed.

Horrible experience. Took my truck in to get tires installed. Place is way over priced and poor customer service. I will not be returning!

I cried in Tire Discounters today, in the best way! The backstory- I brought my Honda Pilot in for the A/C not working May 18th. They told me that they would have to run diagnostics to find exactly what the issue was. It ended up just being the compressor, but they did a lot of research after hours due to some other things that presented to have issues, but in the end it all came down to the compressor (I appreciated that they dug deeper to make sure they knew the EXACT problem) I finally got the car back the next day. Perfect.
4 days later, May 23rd I hobbled my Honda Pilot over to them due to a tire losing air. I had two nails in it (no clue where I picked those up) unfortunately, I had to get a new tire. They truly felt bad for me since I had just been in a few days prior. I paid for the tire and headed home.
Fast forward to today May 30th. I yet again hobbled my Pilot to them for the other front tire losing air, lo and behold. A nail. No clue where I picked it up. They jokingly call me the nail magnet. But when they brought the nail to me in the lobby I started to tear up by being so overwhelmed with the bad luck and honestly, the financial hit we have taken in the past ten days with repairs. They were so kind helped me laugh it off. They told me they were able to patch it, and that it was free of charge. And that, is when I cried in Tire Discounters.
Unbelievable customer service every time. We take all of our cars here for all maintenance and have always been met with kindness and honesty. We will be loyal customers for many years to come. Thank you so much!

Taylor Tire Discounters was okay with me however, I have a brand new car. I do not take my car anywhere else but Nissan. I did take it there one morning because everywhere was closed and my tire had popped after running over something in the road. I am just realizing they did not put my wheel lock back in my car and I went back up there and one of the men said it was over 2 years ago. However we have not had a new tire since. We bought the tire from them and they replaced it now the wheel lock is missing. One of the other guys suggested that we break the lock off and replace it with a regular. Now I have to buy a whole new set because they misplaced my wheel lock. When they were finished with the wheel lock, they should have replaced it instead of keeping, now they have a whole box or bucket full of people’s wheel locks. Bad for business, I will not be returning.

I went to this company for an oil change on 07/18/2025, 08/07/2025, 12/04/2025, 02/06/2026, 03/27/2026 and paid $62.78. I went on 05/15/2026 and was charged $81.19. When I asked Jonathan Olm about the change, he advised prices increased last summer. I went back the next day thinking I would get an apology and refund for the difference. I spoke to the service manager, Mike and he argued with me it was a result of "gas price increase." Beware of the customer service and support at TireDiscounters on Cone Blvd. Jonathan Olm has a nasty attitude and obviously he is following his example of his Service Manager, Mike. Also, I was given the phone number for corporate 888 YES TIRE by Jonathan (Mike did not know it.) When I called it and selected option 4 for customer care, I was transferred to a voicemail. Of course, no one called back. So obviously it all trickles down from the top.
