- SASeth AllenAug 13, 20265.0Big shout out to the store manager, Michael, who saved the day for my family of 6 when our family van blew out a rear tire on the way in from vacation. When we called to check for the availability of our needed replacement tire, he could hear our kids in the background - on the side of the highway - and told us to have the van towed to their shop and they would take care of it right away (even though it was right at closing time and their staff would need to stay overtime). Everyone of the staff members were very kind and very professional. They had us back on the road in no time and the price was very reasonable for a full set of new tires. Thank you guys so much!

- TPT PickettJul 16, 20261.0I will start my review by stating that I have no complaints with the work that was done (tire puncture repair). My problem is with the fact that a previous road hazard warranty was not honored. Tire Discounters apparently purchased the business of a prior tire shop (Taylor's) that I purchased tires from. The tire purchase included road hazard coverage for the life of the tires. I have also subsequently purchased tires from the new company (Tire Discounters), as well as had other service work done there. When I experienced a puncture in one of the tires purchased when the business was named Taylor's, I was told that Tire Discounters would not honor the warranty. As a result, all customers at this location are effectively screwed out of the warranties that came with original purchases. That is very disappointing for me as a customer, with multiple vehicles, of this same location (both when it was Taylor's and now as Tire Discounters), for approximately 20 years.
