  I had a great experience at Strickland Brothers! The team was friendly, professional, and got everything done quickly. A special thank you to Dakota, the assistant manager, and Sammy, the manager, for providing outstanding customer service. They were both knowledgeable, welcoming, and made sure everything was taken care of from start to finish. It’s clear they care about their customers and take pride in their work. I highly recommend Strickland Brothers if you’re looking for fast, honest, and reliable service!

  This was my first time coming here, and I’ll definitely be back! I came in for a car inspection, and everyone was so nice. Jonathan came out to greet me and was very kind and patient. They got my inspection done really quickly. They also checked my tire pressure and topped off my windshield washer fluid, which I really appreciated. Overall, it was a great experience!

  If I am paying $117 for an oil change in a 2015 Honda Civic I expect quality service. This is the second Strickland Brothers station that did a terrible job on an oil change. This time the technician did not tighten the splash shield and it started rattling as soon as I got on the highway. There were signs that I should not have stopped at this station. The technicians were talking about another customer complaint while I was getting my service done. It's 100 degrees, I am sitting in my car with the windows down. Maybe don't talk about other screw ups while customers are present. No Strickland Brothers I don't want to contact you about my experience. Train your technicians. I have learned my lesson. Fool me twice, shame on me.

  Seth did a fine job. He was professional and everyone was as well. I have company vehicle and do my oil changes at different locations. I have been to 5 different cities and never had issues or trouble with Strickland. That’s why I come back. Thanks fellas
