  TERRIBLE! Rental car return location at GSO is very hard to find. Not sure I ever found it.... 😕

  Always impressed with National. We got a nice clean SUV at check-in. The return went smoothly with Brad checking us back in at the Piedmont-Triad Airport in NC (Greensboro) Brad was very thorough, friendly, and helpful throughout the return process.

  Great experience. Very nice associates working for the company. Lovely truck. Great experience. I understand the 5 star reviews. Jeremy was the best. I left my iPad and he made sure I got it back… was going to bring to me in the airport how sweet is that??? 10 stars!!

  I had a very disappointing experience with National Car Rental at Piedmont Triad International Airport. The rental vehicle broke down twice while I was driving, leaving me stranded on the highway. A police officer assisted me the first time, and GEICO roadside assistance had to transport me to the rental location after the second breakdown. What was most disappointing was the lack of customer service. I received conflicting information from Roadside Assistance and the local branch, which caused additional delays. The manager Will was dismissive, offered no apology or concern for my safety, and provided no assistance after I arrived. I was left to walk to my replacement vehicle and transfer all of my work equipment on my own. As a healthcare professional traveling to care for immunocompromised patients, these delays affected my ability to provide scheduled treatment. I expected far better from National, especially as an Executive Emerald Club member traveling under a corporate account. Unfortunately, there was no service recovery and no follow-up despite being told an escalation ticket had been submitted from this branch. Message sent to senior leadership.
