Customer service are not well trained, this is a very poor experience since I have been renting cars from National Car Rental, the customer service team are very useless with poor communication and also have a pictures and videos of the car how the interior and cigarette hole on the front seat. Very poor quality service.

They were not ready for the passengers that had premade reservations. Absolutely poor service. Had a time constrained event to make to after landing and had to miss it because of them. GSO National is not it.
