  I came to mr. Tire to get my air conditioner checked, i had an amazing experience, jackson discovered that it was just a loose nut that needed to be tightened, i commend him for his honesty, i highly recommend that you go to them for all your auto repair, please go to them for your auto repair needs, shout out to jackson!!! Friendly shopping center location!!

  So, I took my SUV to, what I thought, was a reputable company to see why my AC wasn’t cooling like it should. They said I was low on Freon, they they ran some stuff through it and filled it up with Freon. It lasted one day and I was back in front of them confused as to why my air still wasn’t working, 315.00 later. The technician toyed with the idea that I needed a whole new system, 1,800 bucks..what??! And he took it to a dealership that makes my brand to verify, they came back with the same assessment. Then they came up with the idea of just changing my compressor to save me some money, 800 bucks AND this wasn’t a certainty that it would work. Still…what??!!🤦🏾‍♂️ The LORD directed me to take it to my boy Jackson at Mr. Tire in Friendly Center. He looked at it and determined my vehicle is rated for 2.5 pounds of Freon and the other shop put in 3 pounds!! Are you saying Jackson that too much Freon is my problem? Yep….Not my whole system? Nope…my compressor works just fine?…Yep!! Ok, from now on you all are getting ALL my mechanical work!! If you need tires, brakes, struts, lights changed, grills, oil, codes read, or anything mechanical, you have to check out Laquanna and Jackson at Mr. Tire. They are very knowledgeable. If they can’t do something, they will gladly let you know and refer you out but try them first. I like to shout out my people that are good and honest and those 2 things are hard to find in contractors and especially mechanics. Remember, try Mr. Tire first before spending a bunch of unnecessary 💰

  Came in with a enterprise rental having a flat tire. They were very polite and helpful. Got me back on the road quick. Highly recommend!

  I had a tire that had a very slow leak diagnosed by one of the techs on a previous visit. When the tire leaked again they examined it, found a nail and fixed the tire. I didn’t have an appointment so they gave me an honest estimate of my wait. I was very satisfied. The intake tech was very personable and knowledgeable.
