- JHJonathan HamptonSep 21, 20265.0I had a flat tire emergency I was at work and I needed my vehicle to be 100% to fulfill my obligations I went to Mr tire because they were close and they did the greatest job the gentleman mechanic cut short his lunch to handle my situation. The repair was done professionally and reasonably priced. I will do business there again and I can recommend Mr tire 100%
- CSCaley StewartSep 2, 20261.0I received an oil change here a few weeks ago, I drove one mile and my car broke down. My oil pan was bent/ broken and completely fell out so all my oil was emptied. I got my car towed back there because it was close and I wasn't going to pay for their mistake to be fixed elsewhere. The man at the front desk was SO rude and wouldn't even speak to us hardly. He 100% knew they messed up my car and he didn't care. Extremely unprofessional. They then proceeded to start my car with zero oil in it and now my car sounds horrible and runs weird. I will be going elsewhere to get it fixed/ possibly pursuing legal action. I would NEVER bring your car here. They are clearly incompetent and unable to complete a simple oil change. I have heard nothing but horror stories about mr tire since this incident, they clearly have a reputation for ruining cars. DO NOT GO HERE!
