  I received an oil change here a few weeks ago, I drove one mile and my car broke down. My oil pan was bent/ broken and completely fell out so all my oil was emptied. I got my car towed back there because it was close and I wasn't going to pay for their mistake to be fixed elsewhere. The man at the front desk was SO rude and wouldn't even speak to us hardly. He 100% knew they messed up my car and he didn't care. Extremely unprofessional. They then proceeded to start my car with zero oil in it and now my car sounds horrible and runs weird. I will be going elsewhere to get it fixed/ possibly pursuing legal action. I would NEVER bring your car here. They are clearly incompetent and unable to complete a simple oil change. I have heard nothing but horror stories about mr tire since this incident, they clearly have a reputation for ruining cars. DO NOT GO HERE!

  I'm extremely pissed off at this shop. I called at 4 o'clock to make an appointment for 5 PM. And my husband get up there at 430, and they tell him that they cannot put a patch on a tire because they are backed up what's the point of making an appointment? If you're not gonna honor the appointment. Very bad business. Complete waste of time.

  Very unprofessional sat out there and watched the mechanic work on rentals and him see me and not acknowledge me tell me a wait time or anything is very distasteful

  Overall, my experience was mixed. Jeff got my loose tire mounted in a reasonable amount of time and had me out before the rain, which I appreciated, especially since he initially quoted 2½ hours. However, I didn't care for the conversation about people coming in with stolen credit cards. He said it was just conversation and had nothing to do with me being Black, but given that I was using a debit card and had already provided my driver's license, it felt unnecessary and uncomfortable. The service itself was good, but the interaction could have been handled better.

  I showed up at 6pm, an hour before closing with a nail in my tire with hopes they can patch my tire. Despite being packed and short staffed, Jeff and Angel worked diligently and stayed later to ensure I didn’t have to leave the establishment with the nail still in my tire to return another day. Thank you!!
