  I’m a couple days late from posting , however I must say this group of men are professional, friendly and very helpful. I travel a lot , and I stay in VA I came for a tire pressure sensor to be replaced “& it was less than $50 bucks” what a deal!! . While doing that they explained to me the importance of the tires and the condition they were in including the wires showing from the inside . If I kept going the tire would soon blow out . I immediately got new tires the next day , I just want to give a huge Shoutout to the employees that helped me out May 17th , 2026 . There names are included but not limited too , Farid , DaeDae & Sam . Thank you gentlemen for the service provided . You all are great employees!!! Thanks Mavis Tires 🙂 10/10

  Had an amazing time getting our tire plugged with dayday. He stopped my mom in her tracks from filling her air and noticed that there was something in her tire and offered to patch it for us. He's very sincere, honest, and polite. Definitely coming back to replace the tires soon!

  Update- changed to a 1 star due to the fact the patch blew a week after having it done. Still kind people but was told it wasnt done properly by repair team who handled it. They were SUPER quick to help when I had a screw in my tire on the way to a soccer game! I have never been so thankful for how polite they were and quick to assist!!!! ASK FOR Farid

  I would definitely recommend this Mavis Tire location. I have had to have tires replaced on two of my vehicles and each time the service was superior. The young man named DayDay was very helpful and made sure he kept me informed throughout the process and reassured me that if I had any issues that I could return and they would take care of it. I haven’t any issues but I am appreciative of that great customer service.

  I stopped by this location to have my tire checked, and Dayday was incredibly friendly and assisted me right away. The mechanic, Sam, took the time to drive my car and carefully explained that he didn’t hear anything concerning. He also gave helpful advice on the type of brakes I’ll need for my next service. Great customer service all around, these guys are awesome!
