  I had to replace my tire during an emergency, and the team at Mavis made the whole experience so much easier. James was incredibly helpful, and everyone was quick, friendly, and professional. They got me a great new tire and had me back on the road in no time. I’m very satisfied with the service and would definitely recommend Mavis to anyone who needs fast and reliable tire service.   Really welcoming and professional crew. Went in for a patch and they fixed me right up also did an inspection for other needs but didn't try to hard sell an upscale. I appreciate that. Will return for other tire needs.

  James and his crew did an amazing job getting my tires, rotator thingies, and break pads changed! He showed me what was wrong and what needed to be done to fix it, was transparent about the price and got me some discounts too. They even test drove it to make sure it was running smooth before my long drive back to Charlotte. What could have been a bald tire blowout turned into a blessing!

The staff starting with the manger Farid was friendly, knowledgeable, and honest, and the entire staff completed the work quickly while making sure everything was done right.   I had an excellent experience at Mavis in Greensboro! I brought my car in for an oil change and brake service, and the entire process was smooth from start to finish. The staff was friendly, professional, and kept me informed about what my vehicle needed without any pressure. They completed the work quickly, and my car is running and stopping great. I really appreciated their honesty, fair pricing, and excellent customer service. It's refreshing to find a shop you can trust. I highly recommend Mavis in Greensboro for anyone needing an oil change, brakes, or other auto maintenance. I'll definitely be back!
