  I came to get alignment. I left with crooked sterring wheel and brake light on(as well as grinding noise). When I called back I was told I had bad struts and that was the issue. 1st rule address customer's complaint. 2. Don't speak on issues if you don't know have all the facts ( I don't have bad struts)and 3. Don' t talk to customer as if they are not knowledgeable of vehicles. What is most disappointing is I felt the previous visit to this location we t extremely well.

  I came here about two weeks ago because my tire was still leaking air after I had it patched somewhere else. Jordan took the time to check it out and showed me that the patch wasn’t done right. He recommended replacing the tire, but I wasn’t able to do it at the time, so I told him I’d come back. I came back today, and Jordan provided the same great customer service. Even though they were busy, he had my car looked at within about 10 minutes of me getting there. He was friendly, honest, and took the time to explain everything without making me feel pressured. Great customer service like that is hard to find these days. I definitely recommend this Mavis, and if you get the chance to work with Jordan, you’re in good hands!

  On a Monday morning I noticed I had a nail in my tire so I dropped the car off first thing. The guys said they’d look at it right away and call me. They called mid morning and had patched the puncture hole and said I could pick it up anytime. I appreciated the quick help and repair, considering I didn’t have an appointment. I would recommend them!

  Outstanding service with above and beyond their duties and expectations especially shout out to Jordan Seth and Jake all great guys very caring and took extra time out of their day to help me out to get back to Indiana so I appreciate them very much!

  went in to Mavis tired & brakes (Adams farm) location I told the tech. My tire needed help i had picked up a nail. He was great. in no time at all, I was on my way.Great people Great place, will return again & again Donnie Pegram
