  The guys did a great job on patching up the tire. I felt like I didn’t have to wait long at all. I had a slow leak in my tire because of nail and they patched it for free. I will definitely come back here for further business.

  They gave great service. They clearly explained what was going on with my car after inspection and gave me fair prices and options. Service was quick and convenient, just walked on in. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for an auto shop to go to.

  I was extremely stressed with my tire being flat and Seth helped me feel more at ease and was so helpful throughout the entire process of getting my tire back to good shape. thanks so much seth, you're awesome!

  The team at Mavis Tire on Gate City BLVD are great. I came in stressed at the end of the day. The quickly put me at ease and said they would take a look. I ended up having a nail in my tire and they had me patched up and ready to start my work week knowing my car was safe in under 30 minutes. Thanks again for the great and kind service.

  Unfortunately this is the second time they have done a terrible job on our car. Twice they have failed to tighten the lug nuts on our vehicle after changing the brake pads. We even warned them to please double check them as it was a problem the first time and we were giving them a second chance. Huge safety issue and completely incompetent. The assistant manager had no apology or remedy when we addressed the issue. Terrible service
