  Went in for a tire rotation and noticed 2 days later that the tire brand that was on the front had not rotated to the rear and was charged for a tire rotation. I returned to the store today a little heated about the situation and was told to calm down and to contact the corporate office if I wanted and I said I planned on it and that’s when all help stopped my invoice was handed back to me and the manager walked back inside the store. The store manager even justified why my tires were not rotated but I was never told and assumed it was done due to being charged at the register. I wonder how many others are being preyed on assuming they are getting quality work done, I say this with confidence because this is not the only work that I have entrusted this establishment with that turned out to cost me more money later on because of their neglect and when I mention it I always get ( that was the old management line)………..news flash……. Nothing has changed, people are still being taken advantage of and to top all of this off the trim around my driver door handle just fell off on my hand all of a sudden and it’s never done that, it’s just too coincidental because it’s been fine for the last 4 years.

  I’m a former auto shop owner for over 36 years. I was traveling east and was notified my tire was low. Stopped at two others place. Neither could help. Stopped here and Jake and his crew got me right in. Replaced a valve stem and got me on my way quickly. Huge shout out. Thanks so much fellas.

  I stopped by hoping to need a tire patch only. I was greeted professional, doors were open even a few before walk in hours and I know with the wear of my tires they could have easily pushed me to need 4 new tires. However, they were able to patch it within 15 minutes of waiting and suggested within the next couple of months I think about replacing them. This is something I already knew so for them to say the same and not have pushed me to get them today show they’re doing business right over here. I now have the rest of my day off to not sit in a customer waiting room! Thank you to the crew that was there this AM!

  I had an issue with a piece of debris in my left rear tire and decided to bring it in on a Sunday when most places were closed. Nick and Nori, the staff there, provided excellent customer service. They were able to fit me in quickly and resolved the problem efficiently. What really stood out was their willingness to engage in conversation and make me feel welcome. They had the problem solved before I knew it. I highly recommend this place. They offer great work and exceptional customer service. Five stars!

  If I could give zero stars to the Bridford Parkway Mavis Tire and Brakes, I would. Management sets the standard for how a business is run, and Jesse proves every single day that he is severely unqualified for his job title. He lacks basic competence, displays zero leadership skills, and handles issues with complete attitude instead of professionalism. It’s clear the shop is falling apart because the manager simply doesn't know what he's doing. Save yourself the headache and take your car to a shop that actually values its customers and hires qualified management.
