People are going to think an employee or owner wrote this review, but I can assure you that’s not the case. We took our car to Mavis on Bridford Parkway by accident. We had searched for “tire repair” and thought we were heading to Discount Tire. What a great mistake to make. Jake was incredible from the moment we walked in. Even though they were pretty busy, he immediately came outside, looked at my tire, and found the nail within seconds. He patched the tire and called us as soon as it was ready. He even did it for free, which felt unheard of in a world where car repairs can so often feel like a scam. I would trust Mavis on Bridford with my firstborn. Heck, I might even name him Jake. This was the best accidental experience I’ve ever had, and I would highly recommend making the same mistake we did!

I made an appointment on their website and was able to get in very quickly. Jake greeted me immediately and plugged a tire in all of 5 minutes (if that). Oh, and there was no charge. I’ve aligned myself to receive notifications of when they run specials on new tires. Mavis is going to be my go to when I’m ready for new tires.

I came in on a Sunday close to closing time and the team at Mavis were still more than willing to help! Everyone was kind, helpful and informative. I had a hole in my tire and needed it plugged, but they also let me know other issues my care was having. However, there was no pressure to add on additional services. I was serviced as soon as I arrived and it didn’t take long at all. Would definitely recommend!

I was leaving work today when I realized my tire was going flat. I decided to stop by Mavis Tire to see if they had time to take a look at it, and I’m so glad I did! Everyone was very friendly, professional, and helpful. They quickly found a nail in my tire and took care of the problem. I was in and out in about 10 minutes! It’s not often you can have an unexpected car problem turn into such a positive experience. Thank you to the team at Mavis Tire for the quick and friendly service! I definitely appreciate it and would recommend them to others.

I WILL NEVER GO HERE AGAIN!!! I came to get an oil change and was told my car wouldn’t start and that I need an alternator. Told me I would have to pay over 1k for it and if I didn’t get it my car wouldn’t make it down the road. I went to Firestone and they ran a test and said my Alternator was fine, all I needed was a battery terminal which was $25!!!!. I was about to spend $1k for an issue that was only $20 because they didn’t do their job. I’m highly mad and hope this place is shuts down
