  I do not know cars. I just need them to start: which is exactly what I told Kristy. When I say she took care of me.... I was overwhelmed when I got there but she and the staff definitely know how to make a new customer feel at home. Thank you, Kristy. Thank you, Mavis Tire.

  I got a great price, they were able to get me in earlier than my appointment and finished all of my services in less than two hours. Kristy and Jacob were super knowledgeable and helpful. I’ll definitely be back!

  Had my granddaughters car towed to this shop on Sunday as 2 of her tires were slashed. They made sure that just the air wasn’t taken out before selling me tires. They were so friendly and nice to work with. If I’m ever in that area and need anything this is the office I will be going to. Great job gentleman!!!!

  Price on the tires were fine. However, after two times not being able to balance the Neto Terra grappler g3s, they told me that I needed a road Force balance. They did refund a portion of the price that I paid because they couldn't balance them. However, once I took it to another shop they said basically all I needed was somebody that knows what they're doing as the least worst tire was an ounce out of balance. They also scratched the center of my black rims that was brought up to me at the last place I went to to have them balanced as they were very diligent on making sure that I knew that they did not cause those scratches. So disappointed as I bought tires from here before but I don't think I'll ever be back because it just doesn't seem like they know what they're doing or the guys in the shop don't care because every time I go there there's so many standing around and nothing getting done. I just wish people took more pride in what they do. Edit/Update. After multiple calls from the corporate office and the shop manager, I have updated my review to 4 stars. Although they couldn't fix my issue, but they seemed especially sincere about making sure they understood the problem and trying to resolve it moving forward. The shop manager was extremely nice and helpful during our phone conversation. Still not 100%, but definitely a big step in the right direction.
