  I had a tire issue that needed immediate attention, and I pulled into their parking lot 20 minutes before closing. They were still finishing a few other customers but they pulled my car into the empty bay and got right to work. Everyone I spoke to was gracious despite my keeping them a few minutes past closing, and they did a great job on my tire. I would definitely use them again, and I highly recommend them if you want great service at a great price.

  I recently purchased tires through Mavis's online portal, but a glitch in the system caused me to lose the rebate offer. Thankfully, Kristy stepped in and made sure I received the discount I was supposed to get. What I appreciated most was that she genuinely cared about making things right. She didn't brush off the issue or make it my problem to solve. Instead, she took the time to help me, and that kind of customer service means a lot to me. It's refreshing to deal with someone who truly values their customers. Kristy has earned my trust and my future business. Thanks to her, I've decided to make Mavis on Battleground Avenue my go-to location for my tire needs. Thank you, Kristy, for making me feel like a valued customer rather than just another sale!

  I brought my Ram truck in for breaks and new rotors. Mark and his team did an outstanding job. They found some clear issues I need to address on a future visit, but this visit I came in and left with what I needed to get on the road again. Thanks for the great service!

  These guys are amazing! I went in for an unbiased opinion due to being caught in between a dealership that wants to up-sale and another local business that wants to deny responsibility. Not only did they put my car in the air and thoroughly explain the “claims” and their findings, they fixed everything right then and there and saved me $2800. We will be switching all our car service to Mavis. They are trustworthy and care about the safety and pocketbook of their customers,

  I had a great experience at Mavis Tires when I needed a new battery. The staff was friendly, professional, and very helpful. Mark quickly diagnosed the issue, explained my options, and got my battery replaced in a timely manner. I didn't have to wait to go in the garage after work on one of their busiest days because the shop stayed open late and wait. I really appreciate the efficiency. I was able to wait outside while my battery was replaced in the parking lot. I really appreciated their excellent customer service and how smoothly everything went. I would definitely recommend Mavis Tires to anyone needing reliable automotive service! Mark was very professional and provided excellent customer service.
