  I came in for a state inspection and thought it would be a quick thing being that there were only 2 cars ahead of me for the same thing (according to what the young female said). Then she said it would be 40 minutes. I decided to wait but overheard her tell another customer it would be 40 more minutes on top of the 40 he was already waiting. I waited longer and decided to ask how long it would really take, the girl told me it would be 40 minutes but “you can leave if you want to”. I decided to leave and once I got in the car, a manager told me it wasn’t going to take that long because each inspection takes 10 minutes. Gave it the benefit of the doubt and waited. That 30 minute wait turned into 6 hours of me waiting to finally have my car ready. The inspection failed because of my “brakes” and because I agreed with them that I needed it changed I went ahead with the process but was told the parts needed to be brought from a different place( the place was 16 minutes from jiffy lube). Waited and waited until I was told they had the wrong part. I only knew because I asked what was taking long. They said it would take 30 more minutes to get it and the 30 turned into one hour. The girl upfront didn’t even know what a “coolant” was when asked by a customer. She definitely was not confident at her job and only loligagged, I watched her the whole time. I cannot come back to another place where I cannot trust people will take their job serious. She didn’t know a thing and was telling people the same wait times. Shout out the guy who personally when to get the right part for my car and came to update me. Everyone else was just laughing, walking around, and had no pep in their step. To me, everyone looked confused. Not to mention, a customer came in telling them that she had service done their the day before and noticed that she had a part missing from her car after the service was done and they said it was no where to be found but if they found it they would let her know. Please remove employees who are not taking this job seriously because it has to do with knowledge of card and safety

  My in-law got an oil change from these guys about 2 months ago. She said they charged her over 170 for an oil and inspection and i dont know what else. They didnt give her a recipt other than then the paperwork for the inspection. A few days ago her car started leaking oil all over the driveway. I have no idea what they used to tighten this filter because its was beat the hell and started leaking. no matter what I used I couldn't get it loose. I had to stab it with a screwdriver to get it to come off. Also her filter is nicely tucked away from in the engine bay under the splash shield.

  Went in for an oil change. I asked how much it would be, and without even looking up my vehicle or asking any questions, a technician said $139. This is for a 21 Kia Forte that takes 4.2 quarts of oil. That's the highest quote I have ever heard. I got the feeling they didn't want any customers. It worked.

  Be very aware of this location and their upsale scams!!! While waiting for my oil change and employee approached me and showed me a bubble/dip stick and told me my 2023 Chevy Trailblazer with 36000 miles on it needed a $199 coolant/radiator flush and if I didn't get it my car is in jeopardy of overheating?? All I could do is just laugh and tell them that I'm not interested! Me & my husband have been going to this location for years to get our oil changes. That will no longer happen!! We will pay more for our oil changes from people who don't lie to your face and try to rip us off!! Shame on you Jiffy Lube on Battleground. I will also be reporting you to the BBB today!! Totally scaming people!!

  Extremely disappointed with my experience at this Jiffy Lube location on Battleground Ave. I will not be returning. I came back because of an issue with my tire after having my vehicle serviced here. After inspecting it, I was told there was no leak in the tire. Instead, I was told the tire had not been seated properly on the rim and that it would need to be removed and reseated to correct the issue. Initially, I was told the repair would probably take around 30 minutes, which I was fine with. About 10 minutes later, however, I was told that after speaking with the manager, there were issues with vehicles ahead of me and it was now going to take much longer. I was essentially encouraged to leave and come back another time. What made this particularly frustrating was that I arrived early, and when I arrived there was only one truck being serviced. Other vehicles arrived after I did. Considering I was returning for an issue identified after my previous service at this location, I expected them to prioritize correcting the problem rather than push my vehicle aside and suggest that I come back later. I had already spent over an hour here during my original service, and now I was being asked to make yet another trip for something that should have been addressed properly in the first place. Mistakes can happen. What determines whether I return to a business is how they handle those mistakes. If a customer comes back with a problem related to a service you performed, the appropriate response should be to correct it promptly, not inconvenience the customer further. Very poor handling of the situation and extremely disappointing customer service. I will not be returning to this location.
