I chose this device myself without Court order for my own protection and care. However, I have continually not been able to blow hard enough for the device to register. I am currently "Locked out" in 4 days due to the fact that I could not "blow hard enough" upon arrival. This has been extremely frustrating.

I have tried multiple times to reach customer service. I am being charged fees that I was never informed of. I was told that there was a special running that the installation would be free and I was charged full price. I would love to know how to get in touch with an actual person.

The machine FAILS me every week, so I have to go to them EVERY week for a lock out. Why am I failing headed to church and work?? Definitely not drinking and I use alcohol-free everything. It is not even telling me what failed and the service center don't know the codes. I decided to stop driving my car so much and now it's got me locked out for something other than FAILED, no clue what this one is, I just know it is another $75 fee. I am paying more for this machine than I am for a car payment AND insurance combined!!! Do your research (unlike I did). There are options in the same area.
