  Great location and even better staff members. They were efficient and effective at addressing my concerns. I appreciated that the staff took time to answer my questions and educate me on my vehicle. Would highly recommend!

  The care and confidence delivered by the gentlemen here, seem to be a rare commodity today. The service is leaps and bounds superior than the competition in the area. They were honest, transparent, and considerate. I appreciate the kind environment and welcoming demeanor of the team! Thank you for taking care of our family! Thank you to Myles (black guy with dreads) most! I was told he is the reason for many great things here. It's refreshing when associates brag about other associates to the customers! Thank you again!

  Grease Monkey was on the list of in person tire needs for where my financing options were. So grateful that they were because they are my new favorite place for tire and automotive needs. We were in need of tires two for a vehicle and they didn’t have them in house but assured me they would get them that day and could have them installed also which was awesome considering it was a Saturday. I was getting them for my son’s vehicle and they were coming out of town to get it done. Miles went above and beyond to assure me before I left that they were leaving right away to pick them up and they would contact my son direct to let him know when the tires were ready. I was so impressed with their service and Miles who was at the front desk area that I told my son to see if they could also do my vehicle an oil change and inspection. They were glad to assist and let me know to get there before they closed at 6. I made it back around four. They were friendly and ready to take care of my truck. Miles said go on inside and rest up in the lobby and I’ll bring the papers to you. I felt like I had gotten the special treatment. Upon the intial check they let me know how corroded the battery post were and I told them I probably need to check it. They tested it and came to me to show the findings and showed me what the meter said. I was really impressed with their service and the friendly attitude of each person so much so that I told my daughter to bring her car that Monday for her inspection. Although there were different people on staff, they were just as friendly and helpful as the ones two days before . I have had nothing but a wonderful experience in this store . Three different vehicles , all different needs. Served quickly and efficiently with a genuine smile. I couldn’t be more pleased.
