- MSMichael SpearSep 21, 20262.0I have used this Grease Monkey store for a walk- in state inspection in the past and had a good experience. I need another inspection now and elected to make an online appointment, which is offered on their website. When I arrived at the appointed time, the person who greeted me said “we don’t take appointments, it’s first come first serve” and I was told it will be a while before they could get to me. So it seems that not everybody in the Grease Monkey organization is on the same page as far as customer service-it’s a bit aggravating. I made an appointment with AAA for the inspection.
