  Came in for an oil change and got amazing service. Terrance was very patient and explained everything he was doing. I also asked questions about my AC and brakes and he explained everything in detail. I walked out knowing more about my car and what actually needs to be done than when I came in. Also the team is so respectful to each other. I will definitely be back!!

  Veronica and the whole team were great, this is the only place in greensboro i go to get my oil changed and they do me right every time!

  I will not be returning to this location following a severe lack of customer service and professionalism. As a short driver in a minivan, I have a blind spot and cannot see the service well beneath my vehicle. After waiting 30 minutes due to absent line signage, I clearly explained to the technicians that I could not see the well to guide myself in. Instead of assisting me, staff yelled and used profanity toward me when I struggled to align the vehicle. I had them guide me out immediately without completing service. Cursing at customers who express a clear safety/visibility constraint is unacceptable.

  I had a great experience at Express Oil Change! Jon was absolutely great and very helpful. He took the time to answer all of my questions and made sure I understood everything before I left. The service was friendly, professional, and efficient. I really appreciate the great customer service and would definitely recommend coming here if you’re looking for a reliable place for your vehicle. Ask for Jon you won’t be disappointed!

  I had a great experience at Express Oil Change! I went in for a vehicle inspection and was in and out in about 20 minutes. Brady was especially helpful and even made sure I didn’t have to walk through the pouring rain, which I really appreciated! I also regularly get my oil changed at this location and have never been disappointed. The staff is always friendly, helpful, and efficient. Highly recommend Express Oil Change!
