Trust your gut instinct and stick with a reputable dealership that actually has some overhead. This independent dealer has no overhead except for the GM and owner himself. This purchase left my 16-year daughter stranded on her first day driving alone, less than 48 hours after driving it off the lot and it took half a day and multiple calls negotiating to even get close to making it right with me. Our salesman Chris was outstanding. Nice, humble, honest guy with what seemed like good Christian morals. I feel that he will leave this place eventually as he is learning the immoral things this place does that does not fit his personality. We proceeded to purchase a 2017 Nissan Maxima for our 16-year-old daughter. Less than 48 hours after buying it and a few miles into her first alone trip, she was left stranded with a bad alternator. Which really isn't my issue. I understand the used car buying process. But this is where the issues started. All I asked for was to make it right with me. I had the vehicle towed to this lot at my expense. They tested it, called me back with over $600 quote to fix it. $212 for the part and 3 hours labor discounted. Because the deal is "as is" and no service warranty. Again, completely understand. However, $600 is not making it right with me. I explained to the GM that I would rather just cancel the entire deal when he proceeded to try and explain that I cannot. Well, I can, because the bank had not funded the loan yet and they knew what happened, they were not willing to fund the loan until the repairs were made, which means legally according to the "Conditional Delivery" form that is signed during financing, I can legally get out of it because financing will fall through. After explaining this to him, he met me halfway, I pay $212 for the part, he will do the labor at no charge. Knowing I can get the part cheaper, we negotiated to me bringing the alternator up at my cost and them doing the work at no cost. When I arrived with the alternator, they then changed course and said they had to use their alternator due to liability issues, reluctant because I had already been told the passenger window switch was not working because it came from Ebay and was not communicating with the driver's window. So now I am reluctant as to where the alternator is coming from. However, I agreed to move forward as long as they could get it done that day. 6 hours still left in the workday on 3 hours of labor. So, I showed up just before closing 5 hours later and low and behold, the car was not ready. I was told another 12 hours of labor because they didn't realize how intense it was. I asked to see the car so I would know the amount of work done. Half the front end of the car was torn out with more work to go? I immediately became fuzzy about all of this, so I begin to gather my daughter's stuff from the car and was approached by the GM. He was rude, mouthy and became extremely disrespectful to my wife. After some arguing back and forth. We decided to let them know to cancel the deal, unbind it and refund the down payment. After more arguing, financing proceeded to try and refund the down payment, which he had trouble doing then just proceeded to let me know the down payment would be refunded in 7-10 days, no receipt, no indication he actually did it or anything. I asked for a receipt of the transaction and that is when he called over the GM and they got on the phone with someone else, used their little pad and finally printed me a receipt. But that's not the end. The receipt stated it was refunded in cash. I was not happy with this and asked for something stating it was refunded to the debit card instead of cash, that is when they called the police. After speaking with the police, he was able to get me what I needed to show a debit refund. Trust your gut, go with a reputable dealer. Read more reviews, the service department has several bad reviews below. Use an American owned company. Someone who is willing to make things right even if they claim to take a little bit of a loss.

Had a great experience purchasing a used vehicle through Eurobahn. The customer service provided by Emilio, Christian and Jared has been excellent. The team answered all my questions and was up front about costs and gave me the confidence to pull the trigger buying out of state without seeing the vehicle in person. Emilio provided me with multiple thorough walk around videos of the M3 that I purchased, Christian was prompt with answering all my follow up questions and Jared walked me through all the numbers related to the purchase and shipment of the vehicle. The vehicle pricing was reasonable and fair. I am thrilled the car arrived as described and as shown on the videos. If I'm ever in the market for another vehicle, I certainly wouldn't hesitate with buying from Eurobahn again.

Our experience with Eurobahn was VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, and the dealership wasted nearly two hours of our time. I scheduled an appointment the day prior to purchase a vehicle, and when we arrived (15 minutes early) another sales representative was already allowing someone else to view and test‑drive the car. Despite our scheduled appointment, we were asked to wait until the other buyers finished their test drive before we could even see the vehicle. When they returned, the sales representative we were working with attempted to pressure the sale by saying, “The car isn’t sold yet since the other party wants to finance.” This establishment comes across as cut‑throat, dishonest, and unwilling to honor its commitments to customers. I strongly advise considering other dealerships when looking for a vehicle, because if they are willing to undermine a sale, it raises the question of what else they might be hiding.

Lew was rude to the mechanic that replaced the engine in my 2013 BMW X1 the guy said he would never do business here again. Lew was acting like a busted rear glass would prevent someone from safely getting the in the driver seat where the OBDII port Is to reprogram a key. He was making It seem like the mechanic working on my car just dropped off the vehicle and he said he had an appointment with all the necessary information . The mechanic told us Lew told him he didn't want to work on the vehicle because the rear glass was busted and he was arguing saying It was gun shots. Lew everything doesn't need to be gun shots to a glass for It to be broken. The vehicle had low oil pressure, engine locked up, and I left the car overnight. I went back the next morning to find the rear glass busted front glass with a crack, and the rear side window with scratches. A lot of people pass right across Carolina Trace here In Sanford, NC. He got It running going to a different dealership and they were extremely professional and they added the plastic wrap to the back window for free until I can get Safelite to come out the 6th of July. I went out this morning removed the glass and cleaned up. I drove all the way from Asheboro back to Sanford and the glass didn't give me one bit of Trouble or did I feel unsafe going 60mph down the highway.

I recently visited Eurobahn to help my son look at and potentially purchase a 2024 Lexus IS350 F Sport in Ultrasonic Blue Mica. The vehicle was listed for nearly $48,000 and had a damage report on CARFAX. While inspecting the car, I noticed a visible gap between the front bumper and fender and asked whether it would be repaired. I was told the vehicle would be sold as-is. Because the vehicle had a reported accident history and visible fitment concerns, I requested a test drive so we could evaluate the car before making such a significant purchase. The sales manager repeatedly emphasized how rare the Ultrasonic Blue Mica color is and explained that they do not want people adding miles to the vehicle because it could reduce its value. While I understand wanting to protect inventory, I found it unreasonable to deny a short test drive on a used vehicle with prior damage history. I was also told that we needed to be “serious buyers” and discuss financing before being allowed to drive the vehicle. My son was genuinely interested in the car, which is why we took the time to visit the dealership. However, as buyers considering a nearly $50,000 purchase, we were not comfortable discussing financing or agreeing to numbers before having the opportunity to drive and properly evaluate the vehicle. I understand dealerships have policies, but this was unlike any car-buying experience I have had. The overall experience felt unwelcoming and dismissive. We left feeling that our concerns about the vehicle’s condition were not taken seriously. Ultimately, my son purchased a different Lexus IS350 from another dealership that provided a much more professional and customer-friendly experience.
