  ⭐ 1-Star Google Review for Eurobahn My experience with Eurobahn has been extremely frustrating and disappointing. Eurobahn is refusing to release my vehicle unless I pay their attorney fee. I have not received a clear written explanation showing how the fee was calculated. Being put in this position while still being responsible for the vehicle is incredibly stressful and unfair. I expected professionalism, transparency, and fair treatment. Instead, I feel that I am being pressured to pay additional money before I can get my vehicle back. I strongly encourage anyone considering doing business with Eurobahn to read the terms carefully, ask for all fees in writing, and keep records of every conversation and payment. Based on my personal experience, I would not recommend this dealership. I hope Eurobahn takes customer concerns seriously and works toward a fair resolution instead of making an already difficult situation more stressful.

  1-Star Review of Eurobahn Based on my personal experience, I would not recommend Eurobahn to anyone considering purchasing a vehicle from this dealership. I recently purchased a Tesla, but the battery range did not meet my expectations. I returned the vehicle and handed back the key, explaining in writing that I did not wish to keep the car. To my surprise, I later received a letter from the dealership’s lawyer demanding payment, including legal fees that I understand have been added to the amount I owe on the loan. I believe customers deserve transparency, fair treatment, and clear explanations of their financial obligations before signing a deal. This experience has been extremely frustrating and disappointing. My advice to potential buyers: read every document carefully, ask questions about all fees, and make sure you fully understand the terms before signing. This review reflects my personal experience with Eurobahn.

  Beware! Unethical financing practices... two days after purchasing a 2019 Honda Accord from Eurobahn, I received an email from the finance person asking me to sign documents agreeing to GAP protection and a service agreement. He stated that he had forgotten to get me to sign it while at the dealership. I never agreed to either the GAP or service agreement, so I didn't sign the forms. He was informed of this immediately... yet, when the finance company opened my loan the $3170 was added to the loan amount. I drove 3 hours (one way) to sit down with finance and get this resolved. They wanted to charge me a $250 administrative fee to get it taken care of which I refused because I shouldn't be paying for their mistake. I have a signed document from the company that they would refund the $3170 they charged me for the never agreed to services. They said it would take 4-6 weeks... that was at the end of June 2026. To date, I still haven't received my money back AND I'm still paying interest on $3170 that they falsely charged me by adding it to my loan. Now, they won't even take my calls. I'm beyond furious and would not recommend this dealership to anyone... unless you like giving your money away. My next step is an attorney.

  This was our first time to visit Eurobahn to look at and test drive electric vehicles. My wife currently owns a 2023 Hyundai Ioniq5 and is looking at other options. The Lucid Air Touring edition attracted our intrigue. The dealership had 3 on their lot and the pricing of all of their vehicles is very reasonable. Upon our arrival, Chris Gillett met us and was our contact person and he was VERY enjoyable to work with. My wife spotted a 2023 BMW i4 eDrive40 Gran Coupe 4D that she wanted to test drive first. After that, she wanted to try the 2025 Tesla Model Y Long Range Sport Utility 4D. Third was the 2024 Lucid Air Touring Sedan 4D. All of the vehicles were extremely clean with low miles and never smoked in During the whole time, Chris was able to explain the details of the cars and answered all the questions we presented to him. Chris was very patient with us and is NOT a pushy overbearing salesman. If we decide to purchase another electric vehicle in the future, we will definitely choose Eurobahn as our 1st choice and Chis as our salesman. Thank you, Chris!!

  Great experience overall….it started when I called and spoke to Daca. She answered all my questions and was there every step of the way leading up to the purchase of my vehicle. Being in sales myself it was refreshing to be treated in this fashion. I was able to meet other members of the team and I appreciated the family atmosphere and the transparency that came with it. Being from out of town, it was important for me to get things done. I showed up an hour before the sales room opened and was met by the GM Anthony. He was extremely accommodating and professional. Then Ms. Daca showed up early knowing that time was of the essence for me. Daca was very knowledgeable about all vehicles I inquired about, and was gracious enough to provide an educational test drive. (I had never driven a Tesla). She even set up for someone to help me drop off my rental car so I could drive my new vehicle home. Shout out to Daca and her team!! Making an impression is an understatement for this team. Thx again: Anthony (GM), Big Joe (transportation), Emilio and Eric (other sales reps), Emmett (finance) and the MVP Daca!!! I’ve shared my experience with my colleagues and we all drive for a living, so expect some more business!!
