  I would like to thank Enterprise for taking such great care of me while my car was in the shop. The service I received was extremely professional, convenient, and courteous. The employees went above and beyond by picking me up when I needed to get my rental and providing me with a ride when it was time to pick up my vehicle. Because of the outstanding customer service I received, Enterprise will be my first and only choice for rental services in the future. Thank you again for making the entire experience so smooth and stress-free!

  Enterprise is a good company to rent a nice car from , you just have to make a reservation in advance , they always been gud to me here .

  Ok if you have a couple of hours to wait. The office did not have the cars they needed to meet today's rentals. The "we'll pick you up" slogan is a trap. Unless you have no other options, call and ask which location has your rental and pick it up yourself. I had an appointment, was picked up, late, and not in my rental. Brought to a 2nd location that didn't have my rental. Waited for the rental to be delivered from a 3rd location. (Progressive Insurance arranged for the rental and did not allow for me to pick up. Maybe that's the problem.) If Enterprise must pick you up, allow several hours before you will have a car.
