  !!!!!AVOID USING THIS LOCATION!!!!! We booked a reservation with this location to be picked up at 11AM 49 days prior to our vacation. On the day of our trip 11:00 came and went with no calls. We reached out at 11:20 and was informed that they did not have any vehicles available for us. They advised we are working on it and we will call you back. At 1:15, we called them back and waited on hold for over 15 minutes with no answer. We called back and the same thing. We finally called the 800 number and left a message for the regional manager. She called and said she would fix this issue and have us on the road soon. Come 3:30, still nothing. So of course we tried calling with no answer multiple times. I called every location in Greensboro and they had no available vehicles. I ended up calling the Kernersville NC location and booked a reservation with them. It cost me $71.22 for an Uber to get to that location. I arrived there at 5:02 and was out of there in 15 minutes to head back home to gather my family and get on the road. We will not arrive to our destination until after midnight due to this causing use to lose money on the cost of the Uber, gas for extra travel, and time with my family. Oh, I finally got in touch with this location at 4:55 and was told we may have a vehicle for you tomorrow but no promises. For all of the above reasons, I will avoid using this location ever again to meet my travel needs. Their automated message while you wait on hold says “we go the extra mile for customer service.” Is a complete joke. I rarely complain about any issue because I know mistakes happen and some are out of the control of the persons hands however this couldn’t go unnoticed. This location and probably Enterprise as a whole has lost my business as a customer as well as a business owner.

  I really liked how easy and straightforward the entire Enterprise experience was. The team was helpful, respectful, and made sure everything was taken care of without any confusion or delays. Thanks Ricky!!

  Car nice and clean and full tank. Very busy place and sometimes you'll need to wait but they were professional and helpful.

  Prices could be cheaper and the deposit should be waived for people who live locally and have their own insurance policy

  I rent a car after a collision (not at my fault) from December 2025 to February 2026. I was told only a big pick up truck was available and because I was underwater I rented the car. At the end the insurance did not cover the whole price of the rent, and I am pretty sure they had more cars available but I was taking advantage because of my situation, and because an insurance was involved. Very bad business practices, I will never rent an enterprise car. I do not recommend this place.
