  My family and I had an extremely disappointing experience with Enterprise this past Thursday. We made our rental reservation weeks in advance and specifically reserved a Premium SUV because of our family’s needs. On the morning of our scheduled pickup, I called to confirm that our Premium SUV was available. I was then informed that they did not have the vehicle we reserved and was told that they had supposedly tried to email me about the situation. That was not true, as I never received an email notifying me of any changes to my reservation. I was initially told that our options were a 15-passenger van or a minivan. When I arrived at the location, I was then told that the minivan was unavailable because it had been damaged. That left us with the option of an extremely old 15-passenger van, and not even one of the newer models. I declined the van because it was not a reasonable replacement for the Premium SUV we had reserved weeks in advance. What made the situation even worse was the way the employee handled it. I did not get her name, but she was very nonchalant, dismissive, and rude throughout the interaction. Rather than making any genuine effort to accommodate us or find another suitable vehicle, she seemed more interested in pushing the 15-passenger van on us. I am an Enterprise Plus member, and I have never been treated by Enterprise the way I was treated this past Thursday. I understand that vehicles can become unavailable due to unexpected circumstances, but what matters is how the company handles those situations. There was no meaningful attempt to find us another Premium SUV, locate a comparable vehicle, check another nearby location, or otherwise provide a reasonable solution. We made our reservation weeks ahead of time for a reason. We should not have arrived expecting the vehicle we reserved only to be told that our choices were limited to an old van that we never requested. The lack of communication, the inaccurate statement about an email being sent, and especially the employee’s attitude made an already frustrating situation even worse. As an Enterprise Plus member, I expected much better customer service. This experience was extremely disappointing, and I hope Enterprise management takes this complaint seriously and addresses how situations like this are handled in the future

  I got a rental from this location through my insurance when my car was totaled. They were so wonderful and kind that I chose this location to rent a car to travel to buy a new one. I had some difficulty with my booking and Kayla was so patient, not just with me but with the other calls and people walking in at the end of the day of a Friday. She solved my problem without a sweat and made me feel so at ease in a stressful moment! You can rent a car from anywhere but given a choice, I would look here for great service and really kind people behind the counter. Thanks again and a huge shout out to Kayla!
