  I had a great experience with Enterprise. The staff was friendly, professional, and very helpful throughout the entire rental process. They made everything easy and took the time to answer my questions and ensure I had what I needed.

  I can say all of this with 100% trust in this team on Battleground here in Greensboro NC. From beginning to end they deliver the best, From service to vehicles they always impress. If there is any team that can honestly say they are within the top 1% of the company its this one right here. I havw always been treated with respect, my rentals have always been seamless. I work in the customer service management industry, to see this level of communication, respectfulness, and quick delivery of service truly makes me have full confidence in my needs being met every time I step thru those doors. Taylor and the team here are the best. As a thank you for there service I always bring them some donughts because they always work so hard to make their customers happy. Today I returned my rental, a 2025 Wagoneer L, White with gloss black trim and a comfy leather interior, my dream car which I seem to always be able go get, after my car had some mechanical issues, they accommodated me promptly for my need, were very helpful and delivered that best in class customer service. So as a thank you I returned the truck fully detailed, with a full tank of gas and a token of my appreciation, a thank you card for each associate and one for the team as a whole, along with this review and statement for Enterprise Leadership and Talent Aquisition: Let's give this team a vacation and a raise because they take customer service to a whole new level. I am proud to say I am an Enterprise customer for life. Especially working with Taylor and her team. I firmly believe she would be a perfect fit for a district role, and her team members would make perfect fits for branch managers! Thank you guys for always giving me a wonderful experience! I look forward to seeing you again!
