  I had to add a photo and this is all I had after using for a week and a dirty side mirror lol. Sorry!!! My recent trip was April 27th and thus is my 3rd rental from the gate city Merritt Dr location. I was set up with a Toyota hybrid SUV and it was so great on gas. I've always dealt with Miles and he is honestly so easy to deal with and extremely helpful. My original trip was supposed to be 2 days. I've been renting bc of going to see my dad thats been very sick and this time he was back in the hospital. I ended up extending the rental 2 more times so it equalled a week. I wasn't expecting that so when I called Miles and told him what was going on he reassured me everything was fine and to call him back in the morning and we could extend it. We'll that was the first time. By Thursday I was in the same shape and had to extend again and ended up all together and kept the rental a week. He knows why I have been renting and he really has been very empathetic to my situation with a very sick dad. The last thing a person wants to do is to worry about the vehicle getting back when you didn't expect things to go that way. He was also reassuring m, told me not to worry and take care of what I needed to and everything would be okay. I absolutely love dealing with Miles and I already have a reservation for later this week to go back to visit with my dad. I appreciate all that you do and the kindness you've shown and the ease of not having to rush back, Miles you're my go to guy for sure. See you this week. All car rental agencies need more people like Miles. Easy to talk to and he gets things done fast so I don't have to worry. That's like last thing you want to happen is to have to worry while dealing with a sick parent out of state. Thanks again.A+Rental,experience, customer service and care!!

  The exceptional service at the Gate City Boulevard Enterprise is unsurpassed. This specific enterprise is heads above all other car rental companies. I have never had a long wait, My car has always been exactly what I requested. It is moments in and moments out. The personal service is the best. I would give them 10 stars if I could.

  I reserved a vehicle through Expedia with Enterprise at 501 W. Gate City Blvd in Greensboro, NC on February 3, 2026. The reservation was for a Ford Expedition Max, Jeep Wagoneer L, or similar vehicle that accommodates eight passengers, with a scheduled pickup time of 4:30 PM on March 27, 2026. On March 24, I called the location to confirm my reservation. The representative confirmed it and advised that the vehicle was expected to be available and that I would receive a confirmation call on March 26. I did not receive that call. On the morning of March 27, I called again and was told a vehicle was expected to be returned by 1:30 PM. At 3:30 PM, I called once more to confirm availability for my 4:30 PM pickup and was informed that no vehicle was available. The representative offered no solution other than suggesting I call other locations. My husband and I attempted to find a comparable vehicle in Greensboro, High Point, and Winston-Salem but were unsuccessful. We ultimately had to drive to Raleigh, NC, approximately one hour away to secure a vehicle from another company, resulting in additional time and expense. While en route, I called Enterprise again to speak with a manager due to the lack of customer service and communication. I was told the manager, Justin, was unavailable. After waiting on hold for 18 minutes, I ended the call. Approximately 30 minutes later, Justin returned my call and advised he had located a minivan for me. By that time, I was already in Raleigh securing a vehicle. When I asked what happened to my original reservation, I was informed that the vehicle had been extended to another customer due to an insurance claim. I also asked why no alternative arrangements were proactively made or communicated to me earlier. Justin indicated he had independently attempted to locate another vehicle. While I appreciate his effort, the overall experience was unacceptable. The lack of communication, failure to honor my reservation, and absence of proactive customer service caused significant inconvenience, lost time, and additional expense. Enterprise as a company needs to do better!!
