  The rental i received the tires were worn down bad and experienced a lot of shaking on the open road and terrible alignment. Tried to exchange out of town and no other cars available after being told by one of your representatives to exchange fir a safer car. Could not help but be paranoid on our drive home

  I loved my experience of renting from Enterprize Rent A Car on Wendover in Greensboro, N C. The manager there was really pleasant and exceeded my expectations. The car was great. Tom and Darrious have excellent customer service skills. The gentlemen that took us home was kind and a great and safe driver. He made us feel at peace and got us home in a timely manner . I wiĺll most definitely continue to do business with this Enterprize Rent A Car location, and I would difinity encourage my family, friends, and church members to do the same as I have for over 25 years. Thank you ENTERPRIZE RENT A CAR for a job well done, and another GREAT RENT A CAR Experience To Remember.

  I had a great experience with Enterprise while my truck was in the shop being repaired. From the moment I arrived, the staff was professional, friendly, and worked quickly to get me in and out without any hassle. One thing that really stood out was their complimentary ride-back service. I had no idea they would drive me back to my truck when it was ready. It was incredibly convenient and saved my wife from having to leave work early to take me there. That level of customer service made the whole process so much easier. Everyone I dealt with was courteous, efficient, and genuinely helpful. They made what could have been a stressful situation smooth and convenient. I highly recommend Enterprise and will definitely use them again if I ever need a rental or loaner vehicle.

  Although I had reserved a vehicle far in advance, the requested type of vehicle I required was not available. Actually there was only one vehicle available, which I accepted but it did not meet my needs and caused logistical issues with my planned trip. Why reserve if the company does not meet your expectations? It is difficult to plan a trip not knowing if the requested size vehicle is going to be available causing last minute issues with transportation.

  Very dissapointed in the service. Reserved a car with 6+ seats online a week prior to our leaving date. Once we got there to pick up the rental, we were told they had nothing but cars with 2 rows. This ruined our trip and we had to scramble to find a new car to rent. Definetly do not recommend renting from enterprise
