    We had a small hiccup with having to switch vehicles due to one of the vehicles being damaged we reserved. But shoutout to JADA young man was very helpful super apologetic made us feel real comfortable and safe with switching to the minivan. So huge shoutout to Jada and his amazing customer service.

    I made a reservation in advance and expected the vehicle I reserved to be available upon arrival. However, only minutes before I arrived at the location, I was informed that the vehicle was no longer available because the previous customer extended their rental. This placed me in a very difficult and inconvenient situation, especially considering the late notice. I understand unexpected situations can happen, but what disappointed me most was the way the situation was handled. I felt there was very little concern shown for the inconvenience caused, and I was simply told to take whatever vehicle was available. I was forced to change my plans and accept a vehicle I did not originally reserve. A confirmed reservation should mean that customers can rely on the vehicle being available or at minimum receive earlier notice and a better effort toward resolving the issue. The lack of communication and customer care made this a frustrating experience.

    zERO ZERO STARS... This place NEVER has rentals. This is the FOURTH time i have received a call regarding a rental not being available and they don't call you in advance they call you within the hour of pick up. I reserved a vehicle 6 weeks in advance and they call me the hour before saying they don't have anything available and its always an excuse, today its because of the graduations last time it was the concert like WTH. i asked to speak to a manager and they ALL say they managers, i ask to speak to the managers boss' and no one is ever available. WENDOVER location is a disappointment. if you book with enterprise on Wendover, make sure you book with another rental place just to have a back up. I'd say I'll never rent with them again but since i haven't had the pleasure in renting from them!! i guess its best to say I'll never reserve another vehicle with them!

    I am writing to formally file a complaint regarding a highly disappointing experience with a recent rental reservation made through my Costco membership. I reserved a luxury vehicle two days in advance, specifically selecting that option through your website. However, when I arrived at the pickup location in North Carolina, I was informed that no luxury vehicles were available in the state. The representative also stated they did not know why this option is still being offered online. This was extremely frustrating, as I relied on the accuracy of your reservation system. Instead, I was offered a Toyota Camry that had no gas and required an oil change. I had to wait for this issue to be addressed, which raises serious concerns about why the vehicle was not prepared ahead of my scheduled pickup time. I then contacted your main customer service line and was assured that the issue would be resolved if I went to your Charlotte location, where I would be able to obtain a luxury vehicle. Based on this assurance, I traveled to Charlotte, only to be told that there was no record of my situation or any arrangement for a vehicle exchange. Again, no luxury vehicles were available. To make matters worse, I was later charged over $350 in additional fees that I do not understand or believe are justified. I have been attempting to resolve this issue since last week, making multiple calls without receiving any response or follow-up. Due to these repeated failures, I lost an entire day and missed an important event. This situation reflects a lack of coordination, poor customer service, and unacceptable business practices. I will NEVER use enterprise again. No one else should either. They are crooks I am requesting: A full explanation of the additional $350 charge A refund of any improper or unjustified fees a car from enterprise last week was the worst experience

    I cannot overstate what a horrible experience I had with this company. I booked a pickup truck almost a week ago online to pick up today. They waited until yesterday to let me know that they actually don’t have it. In a scramble I call the Gate City location to book over the phone since I can’t trust the online process. That lady assured me that they do have a pick up and to even go to the location to confirm. I just got back from there and guess what!! They don’t have one either. So now I have to leave town in less than 24 hours and figure out how I’m going to bring a bunch of supplies with me. I cannot trust Enterprise ever again and I will never attempt to rent through them again. Just a trash business from local to corporate. They will screw you over and not care.
