  This was a great experience. My plane was delayed and I change my pickup time online. The type car I wanted was waiting upon arrival. Drop off was super easy. Just pick an open spot, drop off the keys and go.

  I made an online reservation for an 830am pickup at the downtown Greensboro location. At 8am that morning I received a call saying they don’t have a car for me and to try the airport. I asked them to change my reservation and he said he couldn’t. It’s 2026, not 1996. What kind of IT system allows for a reservation when a car isn’t available? And what system doesn’t allow an employee to fix something their company clearly was in the wrong for? The representatives at the airport were nice and expeditious.

  I’ve had multiple disappointing experiences with Enterprise at the GSO Airport location. It seems like there are never enough vehicles available, even if you have a confirmed reservation. A reservation should mean a car is ready or at least reasonably available when you arrive. During my most recent visit, I was told the wait would be about an hour, but it ended up taking more than two hours. The lack of communication and organization made the experience even more frustrating. The waiting area was full of customers who were also upset and confused about when they would actually receive a vehicle. This location appears to consistently overbook without having enough inventory to meet demand. If you’re relying on a rental car for work or travel plans, be prepared for significant delays. I hope Enterprise addresses its inventory management and communication because this level of service is not what customers should expect after making a reservation.

  I will never do business with enterprise again my pick up location was Winter Haven Florida to start off with I am on vacation and today is Friday, July 31. I left at 10 AM to start the return of the rental. I made it home by 3 o’clock with the same sedan. yeah, so five hours on the road I will never do business with enterprise I made a reservation they didn’t reserve my vehicle I paid for a SUV. They gave me a sedan car. They told me I can go to the Orlando airport because it’s open 24 hours and do a trade they were closed I drove to my destination to Green Greensboro, North Carolina. They denied me they said I couldn’t. I drove an hour and a half to Charlotte. They told me I couldn’t. I called Salisbury Concord, and all surrounding areas. No one helped me not even Customer Service called me back.
