- TAThamer AlblwiMay 7, 20261.0This was a very disappointing experience. I booked a car online at this location, and when I arrived, I provided my driver’s license to the staff. The manager, whose name I believe was Maylor, stated that my license could not be accepted because their verification device indicated there was an issue. I also presented my international driving permit and my Canadian driver’s license, but I was told those could not be accepted either. I respectfully explained that the issue might be related to their device or verification system, but my rental was still denied. In the end, I went to the rental office next door, rented a car without any problems, and continued my trip. In my opinion, the situation was handled in an unprofessional manner, and I hope the location improves its customer service and verification process in the future.

They don’t care about your time and handle our situation the slowest ever possible. They did not even try to help us and even deny our new car reservation saying that no car was available. I’m glad I was just passing through and will never be renting there ever.
