  Don’t usually do reviews. In this case I feel like I should write something because it’s the only leverage a consumer has with cooperate companies. Rented a car on Friday afternoon to drive to Tampa. Long story short: the price was around $300 +\-. The said, there’s an additional $300 deposit that you get back when you return the car. Brought the car back (after washing it mind you) on Monday at 1pm. Was due at 5. No use holding on to it when they could rent it. Which they did! Dropped off the keys and the guys were busy. They said “deposit will be back in 2-3 days, depending on your bank”. Here it is Friday. No deposit returned. Called corporate and they said, “we will contact them. They didn’t close it out”. 2 more calls , one to corporate and one to Gate City, and after 20 minutes the young man says, “oh yes, I see that we didn’t close it out. We’ll make it good and add a little something to it and get this sent in”. It’ll probably be Monday now before it gets returned. SO…when you return the car, make sure they close it out RIGHT THEN!!! Car did great, and service was good other than that. So if I could do a 3.5 stars I would!

  Incredible from beginning to end. The staff at W Gate City Downtown Greensboro were incredible and deserve all the praise

  Made me drive for 1hr and 30 min just to cancel at the last minute for a mistake the guy in the front desk made really not a professional service or good quality nothing was organized also no one at the front desk had to wait for guy to come I just left

  DONT RENT FROM THIS LOCATION THE CARS HAVE DEFECTS!!! They rented me and my family of 7 a JEEP WAGONEER for the weekend. We went out town and the trunk stopped working. It would open or close and always said the trunk was open. Which caused the inside light to stay on the whole time we was in the car. The branch was no help and made it seemed like I was lying. When I return the trunk back to the branch. They informed me that previous JEEP WAGONEER they rented from this location had the same problem. The trunk wouldn't close and had to ride on the highway to the branch this way. I called customer service and the branch for sometype of compensation back or promo.. something. The person at the branch was rude to me on the phone and wouldn't help me out with any assistance. DONT RENT FROM THIS BRANCH. THEY WILL GIVE YOU ANY CAR KNOWING IT HAS PROBLEMS WITH IT. Its been 3 weeks since I return the vehicle and I have got a email or call from enterprise at all.
