  It's been a while since I rented a car and my experience was great. The gentleman helping me was phenomenal, patient and professional even though he was the only one working when I arrived there and several people started arriving. I would definitely use them again.

  Ronnie was the associate who dealt with my reservation and he was and I bet still is very rude and unprofessional. We had a reservation for 8am, on a Friday morning. We called at 7:45am to come pick it up, he then tells us to wait till 10 am to see if he'll get a car for us given he doesn't have the car we needed. Trying to enquire if we could get it earlier than 10am, and he rudely said u can go get it at the airport or get another rental company and then hung up the phone. This is the most unprofessional experience I ever had and he was so nonchalant and didn't care about representing the business at all. I will never use Enterprise again and will advise anyone who cares to listen not to.... their employee needs more training or either doesn't care about his job. His name is Ronnie!!

  Don’t usually do reviews. In this case I feel like I should write something because it’s the only leverage a consumer has with cooperate companies. Rented a car on Friday afternoon to drive to Tampa. Long story short: the price was around $300 +\-. The said, there’s an additional $300 deposit that you get back when you return the car. Brought the car back (after washing it mind you) on Monday at 1pm. Was due at 5. No use holding on to it when they could rent it. Which they did! Dropped off the keys and the guys were busy. They said “deposit will be back in 2-3 days, depending on your bank”. Here it is Friday. No deposit returned. Called corporate and they said, “we will contact them. They didn’t close it out”. 2 more calls , one to corporate and one to Gate City, and after 20 minutes the young man says, “oh yes, I see that we didn’t close it out. We’ll make it good and add a little something to it and get this sent in”. It’ll probably be Monday now before it gets returned. SO…when you return the car, make sure they close it out RIGHT THEN!!! Car did great, and service was good other than that. So if I could do a 3.5 stars I would!
