  5 Star Experience for sure. The communication and updates in between the repair was more than I expected. The agents emailed me the estimate & I was able to make my payment through the link. Keeping my payment information secure & private. Cottman transmission also accepted the 3rd party warranty that I have had on my vehicle. They allowed my daughter to pick up my vehicle when the repair was complete because I was not available. Thank you for the great customer service. Highly recommended!!!!

  Both Advisors, Dan and Anthony, were professional and concern with making sure we understood the diagnosis and what the next steps were. Cottman's Mechanic also did an Awesome, Honest, and Quality job! We brought our car in for a 2nd opinion for a failed transmission, because didn't feel comfortable with the dealership's diagnosis. Turned out nothing was wrong with the transmission but instead Cottman's Mechanic found 3 motor mounts and 1 transmission mount were broken and needed replacing. Dan then proceeded to help navigate our interaction with Car Sheild and All Turned out Great. Thankful to God for Cottmon Transmission and Total Auto Care and most of all for Honest People/Workers!!

  Excellent service. Very professional and friendly. Fair price for 100K service on my daughter's Kia Soul, which included checking the CVT and replacing the fluid, amongst the other maintenance actions required. Will continue being a customer.

  Although it has been only a week everything seems to be good with the transmission. We've driven nearly 600 miles. Didn't see any leaks under the car. Dodge journey 2017.Thanks for your hard work. I hope to never have problems with another transmission again but if I do I would go back to them again.

  The rear differential for a 2005 Cadillac CTS with limited slip differential is an endangered car part. I had to source it myself with the help of Cottman and the internet. The part was shipped directly to Cottman and they were able to install it the next day. The rear end clanking when making a slow u turn or putting the car in gear is fixed. Cottman is the first shop I have delt with that will install customer supplied parts.
