  Customer for years in auto parts and car care products since I do this as side gig, not anymore. I arrived at 8:25 pm in urgent need of a battery. Person rolled her eyes and said they don’t come out after it gets dark (it wasn’t), and then she said “come back tomorrow, we about to close” then said if you want you can take the battery home and install it yourself, (which I don’t mind) I said ok, well, I can do that and she rolled her eyes AGAIN, saying “they start at $200”. I just told person I’d be back tomorrow during business hours. I don’t want them to feel uncomfortable. If she would’ve been nice about it it’s different. I went to O’Rileys and they were happy to help me, so I got my battery. I am glad I left my car running or it wouldn’t have started. Why do amplitudes act that way? Don’t they get paid? A battery takes five minutes to install. Heck I’ll do it myself but don’t act like I’m stopping you from going home. O’Rileys have much better customer service. I even tipped the man $30 for his help and friendly service! (He loaned me a torque wrench to torque my strut bar to spec and he didn’t even have to do that). I arrived at 8:40 at O’Rileys and left in ten minutes happy.

  Arielle's the greatest, she was helpful on the phone, installed my battery so fast and efficiently, great attitude and customer service :)

  Went up to a woman at the counter. Said I’d like to do an exchange for a previous item I didn’t end up needing. She just stands there and goes, “what even is it?” As if I were being problematic. So I went ahead and asked her if something was wrong is there an issue at hand here. She replied frantically,” I just need a receipt or else I can’t do anything about it etc etc..” receipt was literally in my hand? Sooooo after that transaction I stated again that this was an exchange for another part. ”Well go get it then.” Ok for one excuse me… and for two, it was a part# that was only accessible behind the counter(online said it was in stock). She typed it in, then READ ALOUD the item description. But yet tried to contradict me, asking am I sure that part# was for an Autozone? Suddenly no item of the sort was showing her system… says, “nothing is crossing over I don’t see it I don’t know.” Meanwhile, a separate employee walks back over from returning from the back, sets the new part on the counter. Come to find out….. it was the WRONG PART which then caused my PCV valve to fail. Idk what anyone’s deal was but from start to finish but it was hassle and the nastiest of attitudes. Never returning to this location.
