- TTTonyApr 30, 20261.0I’ll start by saying I have a commercial account which is not my main store. Main store is the same Greensboro different location I’ll call my location and say the part that I have. It’s in Gate City so I sent one of my coworkers to get me a part a call to the store if they can put the parts on the side they told me no you cannot do that you have to come in the store and ask for it as a brother this is a commercial account business and you can give me the attitude then when the coworker goes and ask for the parts they say oh we can use that account I need to get in touch with the owner. I’ve been doing business for years this is of bullshit i said the guy on the phone Autozone is out no matter where you at if you’re dealing as a business shouldn’t be too much bullshit. He told me it’s not. I’m not even your main store. What did I have to do With me buying parts For my business, I mentioned something about reporting to the Corp. on the phone. He said he don’t care. I know Autozone lately the customer service is bad. But they so far is the worst interaction with somebody is in the commercial Same attitude with the ones on the regular counter So good luck getting my business again
