  Management absolutely failure today. Landed at Greensboro NC airport and they have one guy working behind the counter. One guy on a Saturday. I’m so not upset at the man behind the counter for he is working as hard as he can. This is poor management. This is what causes people to quit and leave the job. POOR MANAGEMENT!!!!

  I had such a fantastic experience with Alamo on my recent work trip from Greensboro Airport to Winston-Salem! From start to finish, everything was smooth, fast, and enjoyable. What really stood out was the team — every single employee I interacted with was top-tier. Super friendly, fun, and incredibly polite. It honestly didn’t feel like a typical rental experience… it felt more like catching up with friends who just happened to be amazing at their jobs. The whole process was quick and effortless, which made a big difference after traveling. You can tell they truly care about customer service and creating a positive experience. Huge thank you to the entire team — you made my trip that much better. I highly recommend Alamo at Greensboro Airport and will absolutely be back!

  I waited over an hour in line, even used the expedited check-in, only to have to wait further but the customer service was great and they knocked a few bucks of my bill so it could've been worse.

  I know many times people only write reviews for those experiences that had a negative impact but I want to share my amazing experience with Alamo. I made my reservation through a 3rd party site, which can always be tricky, but the Alamo team didn’t give me any grief or make me feel like my reservation was over complicated. From Jeremy at the front desk for pick up, to Dereck at the return drop off, my experience was top tier. Thank you for great service and a smooth process!
