  Horrible! We reserved a car, filled out the paperwork and no we have been waiting an hour for our car to be “ready.” We are still waiting. This has never happened to us before.

  I rented a mini for one day. It was dirty both inside and out. The seats were sticky and there was food on the floor boards and mud on the driver's side. I emailed them about the condition of the vehicle but no one responded.

  Had a “reservation”. When arrived told it would only be a 20-25 minute wait. Still waiting over an hour later for our “reserved car”. Absolutely ridiculous.

  Huge and I mean HUGE shout out to Double D at Greensboro Alamo rental return. I was totally lost on returning my car and he was amazing and saw that I was lost and pulled besides me to help. AMEN and God bless
