- EPEdward Prairie4 days ago1.0I went in to get a new battery installed in my truck. Without even flinching the kid said "we don't install batteries, its a liability thing" I bought the battery and noticed the sign that said free installation. The "guy" that was helping me at this point looked for every reason to notcinstall my battery, he did not. I asked for loaner tools to install my own battery and when I got to the point that I needed an SAE socket he said "that's corporate, thats all we have" only metric? Terrible. I have always preferred Advance Auto , however, this being my second negative experience at this store, I will not be going back.delivering poor service nicely is still poor service. Thanks for nothing!!!
