- FQFatimah QuyyumSep 21, 20261.0Came to this auto advanced store to purchase a battery and to have it installed the lady that helped me seem nice but the moment she had to know to put in the battery, she became extremely lazy and did not want to put my battery in telling me that there was a fuse issue and I have to go somewhere to pay to have them change my battery, which was bull crap after speaking to my brother who’s a mechanic and speaking to the original auto store that I was sent from the lady called this particular store and fussed her out as to why you would send me to a place to pay. I was very, very annoyed and I will never visit the store again. Do not recommend

This guy "THINKS" he knows EVERYTHING about batteries that I purchased from Advance a year ago but didn't know they were 6 volt and didn't know how to test them. Thank goodness for Josh who came to my rescue and was able to help with the transaction. Mark on the other hand was very obnoxious and rude and definitely doesn't need to be dealing with the public. You received a 1 star because of your employee not the store.

Some places the employees just look at you, but not here. That was the first thing. The manager Kat was very pleasant while she was helping a customer at the counter. I could hear their conversation as I was looking down the aisle for a part. When I got to the counter I was just happy to have a friendly and genuine conversation with her. She has a great personality and a wonderful staff. It’s nice to see that people still care to give good customer service and show that they care about their job as well. I will always come back to this advance, and I will send my family and friends as well. Thank you again for being kind and caring people.

Brakes work by using friction to turn kinetic energy into heat. There are two designs: drum brakes (older), and disc brakes (newer). Both use hydraulic pressure to move a piston outward.
