I’ve been a member for over a year, and at first, the service was great. Unfortunately, over the last six months, the quality has gone downhill significantly. I often have to take my vehicle through the wash twice just to get it reasonably clean, and even then, it still doesn’t do a very good job. There always seems to be something broken or not properly maintained. Another major issue is the smell. My vehicle has an unpleasant odor after almost every wash, which makes me question how often the water or equipment is being cleaned and maintained. Meanwhile, membership prices continue to increase while the overall service gets worse. They also rarely have air fresheners available, even though that’s supposed to be one of the membership perks. I really liked this car wash when I first became a member, but at this point, it’s becoming harder to justify paying more for a service that continues to decline.

Paid for the highest package...nothing but issues. When used most of the brushes didn't work. What a scam and waste of money.

I loved the fragrance from caliber car wash but they tell me they are out of them for 2 months now but 1 person looked in a drawer and gave me a different one! They need to get more of the original ones as it was a big selling incentive for me.
