  We've had unlimited membership since the beginning. It used to be great. Now, at least 2 brushes don't work. Just went through, 4 YES I SAID 4 BRUSHES NOT WORKING AT ALL!!!!! No use asking employees inside, they have NO CLUE!!!!! GETTING REALLY FRUSTRATED WITH THIS BUSINESS

  So I just went through the car wash to realize the whole left side is not working. No one ever said a word just let me spend my money. I pull around walk in and let them know the left side is not working he’s reply was yes I know it’s not but not sure if I should close down or not without getting fussed at. Well first off you should let your customers know what’s going on and give them a choice to proceed or not. I am very disappointed in this establishment and the way they are handling this I will cancel all memberships. It’s like they don’t care we’ll lose business and see how long you stay open by running a sides ways Operation. Sick of all the lazy people anymore.

  The employees are very helpful and nice, BUT I have a jeep, the control wasn't released so this cause damage to the front paint , bent light bar steel arms so bad messed paint up, as well as ripped zipper blade off...

  I used to love bringing my vehicles here. Now, not all the equipment works. The rinsers haven't worked in some time, so it doesn't get all the soap off. Most of the time the tire shine doesn't work. Also, there's a dip at the end under the dryers where our cars get stuck and the track can't push our cars out, but the cars behind us keep rolling toward us. Be mindful to put your car in drive at the end before the green light, or it's likely you will end up making contact with the vehicle behind you. That's very concerning. They've closed for maintenance at least 2 or 3 times that I know of now, and the equipment is still faulty. I don't see the point in paying full price for a package when it doesn't work. I won't continue my membership until they get these issues corrected. It stinks because I really enjoyed taking my vehicles there.
