- AHAdyson HayesMay 6, 20261.0*BEWARE* If you care at all about your car, Do Not take it to Caldwell Collision in Granite Falls, NC. Disclaimer…this was our first time getting an estimate at a body shop/insurance claim. We took our 1 year old car there for a minimal size dent on the front passenger fender. While doing the estimate he disassembled over half the car and the quote was $19,000. Tim told us that he would have to do a “few” things to the car to properly fix it. He did so many unnecessary things to the car(he even took the seats out) that it forced the insurance to total the car. After speaking to several people around Caldwell County, they all said that Tim is known for this and has done this to several people’s automobiles in the past. I hope this review helps someone else in the future to not go thru a nightmare like we did. Rhonda Hayes

They also took care of my rental extentions, dealing with the insurance company and got what we needed done. If you want true blue honest people, I highly recommend them! 💯 Tim and Kristina and the whole crew were amazing people!

There were also issues with the insurance company but they handled all of that for me and made a very stressful situation a lot easier to handle. Highly recommend!
