  Came in very late on a Monday for an inspection. James Edwards handled the inspection, he was friendly, quick and efficient. I was also agreed by a young woman, but I did not catch her name. She was extremely friendly as well.

  Every time I go to this specific Graham location I have a wonderful experience. Props to Stanley, Cody and everyone else that works there. They always go above and beyond. 1000% recommend this location

  I had a phenomenal experience at Strickland Brothers and definitely wanted to recognize Nicholas, Stephen, and Cameron for the outstanding service they provided. From the moment I arrived, all three were welcoming, professional, polite, and genuinely kind. The service was quick and efficient without ever feeling rushed, and the level of customer service was truly top tier. They communicated well, worked great together as a team, and made sure I was taken care of from beginning to end. As a former Kia employee, I have the ability to get my oil changes taken care of without having to use an outside service. However, after the experience Nicholas, Stephen, and Cameron provided, I will absolutely make it a point to return to Strickland Brothers. When the service is this good, you support the people providing it. These gentlemen represented the company extremely well, and their professionalism and attitudes did not go unnoticed. I’ll definitely be recommending this location to others as well. Great people, quick service, and a top-tier experience all around. Five stars without hesitation!

  Pleased with the service and how professional I was treated by the technicians at the Graham location. Not pleased that after completing a review my receipt was never sent via email like I was told would be done. I was told the printer was malfunctioning because of the heat and that a receipt would be sent via email to the address that the technician confirmed. 2 1/2 hours later I'm writing this review...

  I had a great experience at Strickland Brothers today! Steven Scott and Nicholas Doyle were both extremely polite, professional, and helpful throughout my oil change. What stood out to me most was how friendly and honest the service felt. I never felt pressured into purchasing anything unnecessary or like I was being talked into services I didn’t need, which I really appreciated. They explained everything clearly, worked quickly and efficiently, and made the entire experience easy and stress-free. It’s always nice to come across employees who are genuinely kind, respectful, and take pride in providing good customer service. I left feeling confident that my vehicle was well taken care of and very pleased with the overall experience. I will definitely be returning to Strickland Brothers for future oil changes and would highly recommend them!
