I was passing through the area when my tire pressure light came on, was concerned about getting back on the highway before having it checked out. I walked into Mavis Tire, and they were able to look at my car right away, it turns out there was a nail in my tire! They were able to plug the tire, and I was back on the road very quickly. Great customer service! Highly Recommend!
- RBRyan BApr 20, 20265.0Absolutely a local blessing. 2006 525i brought in with its original 21 year old brakes. The shop was kind enough to allow parts from FCP euro, which is huge incentive. After I order the wrong parts, the shop had not charged me for the inconvenience labor I put on them. So they earned a five before completing the job, but I needed to verify their work as bmws can throw shops often unfortunately make things worse; not here, John was an absolute professional and a customers' type of man. The waiting for 4 rotors and break pads for each was comfortable, wifi accessible, and beat of all, quick. My new are Absolutely killer and I would come back anyway to this shop. Thanks John and team.
