- TTTwitchy733 days ago1.0This was my first and last visit to Mavis Tire & Brake in Graham, North Carolina. I was the first customer in the door this morning with an 8 AM appointment. After waiting an hour and a half, they only performed the oil change and never did the tire rotation I was scheduled for. When I got to my vehicle, I discovered they didn't reset the oil life light, didn't put an oil change sticker on the windshield, didn't top off the windshield washer fluid, and didn't check or fill the tires. The facility was dirty and the bathroom was disgusting. There was a complete lack of professionalism from start to finish. I will never return to this location and cannot recommend them to anyone.

I was in and out swiftly. Shoutout to John and all the other guys there that made sure I was comfortable with my service. Thank you Mavis Tires and Brakes!

It took no time to get nail removed and patched. Very impressed with staff and service. Would recommend this location with no hesitation.

Unlike many dealerships they don't make promises they cannot keep and for that reason we bring our vehicles here rather then the dealer. Thanks for a great experience John. See you again soon.
