  Normally would not bash a store/business on the principle that, “Things Happen” & “People make mistakes”. But, I’m making an exception… We ordered a few parts, Rear Brakes and Rotors…. We made sure with the gentleman over the phone that the parts were correct as needed for our vehicle. We also had a Second Gentleman double check at pick up in store with the store manager overseeing part numbers, etc. as well. Guess what…Parts were wrong, gave us parts for front not rear. So THREE individuals at this store validated that these were the parts we needed. TWO Employees and a MANAGER with a FULLY FUNCTIONAL DATA BASE. Got us the wrong parts. I’d give this store negative 5 stars if I could. Again, things happen, people make mistakes. But this was ridiculous and cost us a lot of unnecessary time and money with trips back and forth. Delaying our workload which causes our customers to suffer.

  I made the mistake of going to the O'Reilly's next door first. Never again. It was near the end of their shift so they cold shouldered me rather rudely and were not helpful at all in the least bit. But, Chris C. at Autozone took the time to help me install a much needed headlight bulb in a hurry in the rain so that I could go on to finish my doordashing work that night with better vision and a lot safer off. He was very kind and did it in a matter of seconds with no hesitation. It's safe to say from now on I know to go back to Autozone instead. Thank you so much Chris for your awesome service! Definitely made my night go a lot smoother and I appreciate you greatly sir!

  The other day I was here in the parking lot super struggling with my headlight bulbs as well as an ignition coil i just could not figure out as I was working one of the employees in a gray shirt named Chris walked up to me and said it looks like you're struggling with that you mind if give you a hand we spoke as he installed my lights and he informed me he was on his lunch but couldn't leave before making sure I was good once the headlight was installed (literal seconds it felt like) he jumped straight to my ignition coil and had it out and replaced in a matter of minutes it's not every day someone stops on their lunch break and helps a customer but I'm so happy he did my check engine light is off and my headlights passed inspection thank you so much Chris i don't know what i would've done had you not popped out when you did 10/10 customer service 10/10 professionalism would highly recommend this store to everyone

  I just had the best "worst" experience at AutoZone, and it's all because of Timothy. My car suddenly lost power on the highway, and I managed to limp it about five miles to this AutoZone. As soon as I walked in, the entire team welcomed me, and Timothy immediately asked how he could help. He didn't just plug in the scanner and send me on my way. He took the time to thoroughly explain the diagnostic results, walked me through what was likely wrong with my car, looked up the parts I would need, explained the pricing, and even noticed my tires were low and recommended I get air across the street. Unfortunately, my car wasn't drivable, so I had to wait for AAA. While I was waiting, Timothy checked on me several times and even brought me a Sprite. That simple act of kindness meant more than he probably realizes. His positive attitude, professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine care turned what could have been an incredibly stressful day into one where I felt taken care of. Timothy went far beyond what I expected. Customer service like this is rare, and AutoZone is fortunate to have someone who truly cares about people, not just cars. If you're ever in the area, ask for Timothy. He's an incredible example of what outstanding customer service looks like. Thank you again for making a difficult day so much easier!
