- JWJames WheelerAug 18, 20261.0Got my oil changed and two days later noticed a puddle under my truck. Oil drain plug was leaking so checked myself and it was tight. Went back to Valvoline and employee crawled under my truck and confirmed it was leaking. So it had to be the washer or seal on drain plug but they would not help me. Said they would have to drain all the oil out and they would not put new oil back in unless I paid for another oil change 🤷🏻♂️. Was NOT leaking before I took it here!

The staff was efficient and quick to get everything done in no time at all. Prices seemed more since I last did an oil change but nowadays everything costs more I guess.

They ask if I wanted ac filter checked never ever has valvoline done that or even ask me about it. Didn't even know i had 1. It was the original one from 2018. I will never go back to valvoline again.
