  We had a flat tire and had to get a spare tire put on and it was really close to closing time. The manager dawson was there. He was so helpful, friendly and made sure we were able to make it to our destination! Thank you Dawson and Mavis tire for having such a great employee who went above and beyond!!

  Absolutely amazing. Went in with a flat tire, and while they couldn't help me that second, they still checked out my flat and recommended other nearby businesses that could fix the problem faster...all free of charge. It's rare to see that level of costumer service these days.

  I’ve been here three times in the last few weeks and every experience has been great. The staff is always friendly and professional, the wait times are short, and they truly stand behind their work. Excellent customer service!

  Everybody who works there were great. From the young lady at the front counter to the guys in the shop. They took their time doing a complete brake job, explained what and why I needed the work done and showed me when the car was on the lift. Found other things that needed replacement for a car that was 17 years old, I knew about that. Nobody tried to talk me into doing all work at once. They gave me a price and and prices and I decided what I wanted done today. Prices are fair, also they are very knowledgeable honest, and friendly. I definitely will be going back for the rest of the work I need. Moving from long island and now starting to find a new place for my cars I know I made the right decision with them. Thanks to everyone there at Mavis. P.S. And No I'm Not A Relative!!!!!

  I want to specially give a shout out to Dawson!! I was travelling to Goldsboro and had to take my Kia to Mavis for a quick inspection. Dawson was most helpful in squeezing me in and getting the car thoroughly checked. He was extremely courteous, knowledgeable and helpful. I would recommend Mavis Tires & Brakes wholeheartedly, and kudos to Dawson!!
