  We have a 2025 Kia Soul and need to pull a small 5 by 8 trailer from time to time. We got Rob at Leonard’s in Goldsboro to install the hitch and wiring harness. He staff completed it in just over an hour. I was very much impressed with they neat clean location and very energetic and knowledgeable staff. They get five stars from me.

  I ordered a sliding back glass from Leer/ Leonard in October 2025. I was told 6-8 weeks and they would call. Middle of December I called and was informed they had no idea when it would arrive. Finally got a call around Feb.9-10 and was told it was there and had been there for a week or so. The only reason they aren’t getting the lowest rating is because of the guy that did call. He seemed apologetic and he said that he had no idea why I hadn’t been contacted before then.

  Absolutely pleased with how fast and great the customer service was when I went in to see finance options on cargo trailers, then ended up leaving with a 6x12 the same day. Now that is something, 5 star service to say the least. Great quality trailer. Thank you Chris for getting me all hooked up! Will definitely recommend
