I made a reservation two months in advance, called to check on my reservation & confirm details two weeks prior to pick up & my husband spoke to them the day before. Went to pick up & was told they did not have a vehicle for us. We reserved a minivan as we are a family of 5 and were going to see family out of state as we are a military family. There is a minivan rental shortage apparently which I understand, however there was no other vehicle option for us. The employees were really unprofessional and told me my only option was to drive to Raleigh to get a rental car. I can’t believe you guys don’t reach out to customers to let them know their reserved vehicle is not available to help avoid some stress and hassle. This was truly one of the poorest representations of customer service I have ever seen. If you need a rental save your self the headache & money and book with Avis in Raleigh!!

After arriving, I was told that I can "upgrade" due to the compact vehicle not being available. The charge was an extra $35 per day, for a 6 day trip. I told them no thanks and left. I won't be coming back to this location. If I could give it zero stars, I would.
