  FYI- THIS IS NOT ABOUT THE PHYSICAL GOLDSBORO LOCATION THE TEAM THERE IS AND WAS HELPFUL. Horrible customer service, the reps over the phone have hung up on me on 4 different occasions. I've been waiting on a "supervisor" to call for over a week now. Every time I ask to speak to one im told supervisor can't take calls. I have spent over 1200 in the past 3 weeks on a rental, trying to switch into something smaller, the reps have booked for me just to get to the physical location in goldsboro and they don't have ANY cars available. Only minivans (which im trying to get out of) and larger SUVS..The goldsboro nc location was helpful. But customer service on the phone just constantly lies and says " I understand" when they really don't. No compensation was given thus far, no discount or refunds, no new rental. And its been a whole week. Completely unprofessional and 100% upset customer here. Couldn't leave "0" starts so I chose 1.

  You should check the vehicle for things like oil, windshield washer etc. Also, the windshield itself should be cleaned from the inside and not have feet prints. You need to better explain the $87.21 that you take at the beginning because I understood that $50 was suppose to be a deposit and it was not deducted from the final cost nor was it returned.

  I had an amazing experience thanks to Yasmin! I ran into a payment issue when I wanted to extend my car rental, and I was on the verge of having to return the vehicle

  This place is weird. They don't have any cars however they blamed the website . I had a reservation.
