- JBJeff BarnetteSep 22, 20262.0It’s taking longer and longer to get oil changes. This is after I’ve been pulled into a bay. I t has taken over a half hour the last two times. They start the process and then disappear. The last time, after sitting there for about 10 minutes with nobody around, a guy walks up, looks at the screen and says “ok, we just need to cash you out and you’re ready to go”. I then told him that they haven’t put oil in my car yet. He said, oh ok, and checked with the guys underneath and put oil in. Luckily I was paying attention. It was my daughter’s car, if she had taken it, she might not have known. That can’t happen. Disappointing, because this used to be a good location.
