  I sent my daughter down to this location for an oil change and when she arrived she was greeted by a rude individual that unfortunately I didn’t get the name of. The guy who waited on here told her all oil changes start at $90 She said that was ok and that she had a on line coupon from the corporate website that offered 50% off that was only vailed at this particular location. The rude individual told my daughter that they didn’t accept any coupons and the cost would be $90 and she can take it or leave it that he wouldn’t be bothered either way.! When my daughter called me crying I sent her to Walmart where she received the same service for half the price. I strongly encourage everyone to do a little research and you will find a kinder and cheaper service elsewhere. To bad Google doesn’t offer a zero stars because this place is awful in my opinion

  I can’t give this establishment a star at this time because I have a big oil stain in my driveway because of them. I was on my way to greenville, South Carolina from Gastonia when I came in to get my oil changed. I went there out of convenience because it was close to my house. They did not install the o ring that goes with the oil filter properly causing it to somehow snap in half causing the oil to leak out of my engine and because I didn’t know it, by the time I got to Greenville. The oil in my engine was pretty much out and I got a quart of oil at a quick trip before going to a nearby car stop by the name Bryant’s Kar Gard where a gentleman told me that they didn’t really have the time to look at my car because they were very busy but against his better judgment he took the time and grabbed some tools and came out to take a look at my car. He said my oil was almost out completely and that it was good that I stopped and got that quart of oil. He was such a gentleman and a kind fellow and he ordered the part/o ring and on the hot ground he fixed my car without even lifting it off the ground and replaced the oil and told me that basically he had redone my oil change but only charged 53 dollars and some change and told me that he felt he had to help me because if he didn’t, he wouldn’t be able to sleep that night. I was so grateful and thankful that he took time out of his busy schedule to help me, a complete stranger who was visiting just for that day. His name is Roger. God bless him more ! I talked to the store manager at Valvoline and for a refund because they would have been responsible for my engine had it blown . He said I should have called them back and I didn’t remember while speaking to him but I did try to call the shop while in greenville, South Carolina but couldn’t get anyone on the phone . He told me the best they could do is give me 30 dollars off on my next two oil changes but to be honest. I do not wish to return to this shop. After what I went through, I think I should get an apology and plus a refund. I’m going to go to Hyundai dealership to make sure that my engine is not damaged because of the oil leaking out the way it did. I can’t recommend this oil changing shop to no one . Valvoline almost destroyed my car and I have a big oil stain in my driveway that I didn’t know was there until I got home from greenville.

  When it time for inspection I come here the guys always respectful and very respectful and make you feel relaxed during the time you are there.

  The staff was very polite and explained everything they were doing. For a first time customer, I was applied with a discount. I would definitely go back.
