  Set up an appointment online. I wrote in detail what I needed. They approved the appointment. Got there and they were RUDE and said they didn't do that and their technician didn't show. Erica is a rude you know what. Never doing business there again!

  I had a great experience at Mr. Tire. The service was fast, professional, and everything was handled efficiently from start to finish. The manager was especially great—friendly, knowledgeable, and made sure everything went smoothly. I highly recommend Mr. Tire for excellent customer service and quality work!

  The technician left my head lights on and the following morning my battery was dead. I called Mr. Tire and spoke to a guy and he told me the manager was busy and would call me right back. That was days ago and I still have not heard back from him. The inspection was quick and they didn't try and overcharge for it so they get three stars instead of zero. Edit: I went back to get my wife's car inspected and spoke with the assistant manager about the previous issue and it was resolved. Thank you, Erika. This inspection went flawlessly and I brought up a tire issue and they checked it for a puncture and scanned the sensors for free.

  Awesome experience at Mr. Tire. Good and helpful staff, especially the lady at the front desk. Thought I needed an alignment after getting new tires, but they checked it and told me it was perfectly fine. They didn't charge me anything. Love the honesty—highly recommend this location!

  Didn't get service wanted to have my tires rotated and a alignment. But because they want me to buy 2 tires they refuse to alignment my car.Lady was very rude I interuppted her eating here pizza lord forbid you have any customer come first flat out told me if I didnt buy 2 tires she wasnt doing a alignment on my car like it was her mo ey that was being spent. . Lucky for me I went down the road to rosevelt tires were they were very pleasant rotated my tires did and alignment and did tell I needed to get 1 new tire as soon as I can . My car is driving fine now.
