  Michael McGee made buying my 2017 Mazda CX-3 a genuinely positive experience. It had been more than 20 years since I last bought a vehicle from a dealership because my previous experience was so unpleasant, so I was understandably hesitant going in. Michael was helpful, patient, and easy to work with from start to finish. Most importantly, I never felt pressured or like he was simply trying to make a sale. He answered my questions, gave me the information I needed, and let me make the decision at my own pace. I’m very happy with my CX-3 and truly appreciate how Michael made a process I had dreaded feel comfortable and straightforward. I would absolutely recommend Michael McGee and Mazda of Gastonia to anyone looking for a no-pressure car-buying experience.

  Hola señores no se les ocurra nunca venir a este deeler esto no sirve te dicen q el carro está en perfectas condiciones y todo es una mentira no sirve compré una Toyota Tacoma y me la vendieron sin trasmicion eso no sirve por favor les comento mi experiencia para q a nadie les pase y el personal lo q hace es pelotearte gracias

  Worst service ever bought a used car from them they said everything was good they replaced all the hoses and battery and said they don't sell lemons a few months later I have already had to replace my struts and have to replace my teirods and brakes and I would not go back to the guy that sold me the car Brandon Gillmore they also were supposed to replace my wife's gas cover because it doesn't open by itself we have to basically punch it to open it they said many times they had the other replacement for that it needs to be painted 11 months later sill nothing I am disappointed in Toyota of Gastonia as well for they are the ones who inspected the car before it was sold to us don't buy a car here!!

  I recently purchased my CX-30 from Mazda of Gastonia, and I must say, I’m thoroughly impressed with both the experience and the car itself. Charles Bryson and Desmond Vasquez, the friendly and knowledgeable Sales Representative and Finance Manager, went above and beyond to ensure that I had a seamless and enjoyable car-buying experience. Their expertise and attention to detail made me feel confident in my decision, and I plan to return to Mazda of Gastonia when the time comes to purchase another vehicle. Overall, it’s an excellent place to buy a car, and I highly recommend it to anyone in the area.

  I purchased my 2025 Mazda CX5 here and it has been nothing but disappointment and lies from the Sales Manager Jake. First was the windshield replacement they did with a non OEM window. I specifically asked for a Mazda brand windshield. Then came the lie about my AC motor. Another mechanic had said it sounded like the motor was going and Jake lied and never even had it checked and then told me it was a piece of paper stuck in the air vent. Well lo and behold, 3 weeks later, the AC stopped working intermittently. I took it to a different Mazda dealer and they diagnosed it was in fact the motor but had to order the part. Today is Tuesday, I am moving to FL on Friday and my car is in the shop hoping to be fixed by Thursday. The issue could have been fixed weeks ago if Jake had acted with honesty. This dealership lacks trust, integrity and accountability.
