  Terrible experience!!! Bought a Honda CRV in December of 2025 not even 2 weeks later a sensor went out, then a month later the catalytic converter went out. Now currently in 2000 more than I paid for the vehicle. Now the serpentine belt is messing up but this dealership keeps putting me off. They have been the ones doing all the repairs and now they expect me to drive it while it’s messed up. I’ve spoken with service several times with different lies being told each time. Still waiting to hear if anything will be done.

  I had an extremely frustrating experience with this Mazda dealership that has now dragged on for over a year. During a visit, my seat was damaged while the vehicle was in their care. The dealership acknowledged the damage and promised to fix it, but that promise has never been fulfilled. For an entire year, I’ve been given excuse after excuse and different dates every time I called. Each time, I was told it would be taken care of soon—but it never was. Now, the manager has completely stopped responding to me altogether. It’s one thing to make a mistake, but it’s another to avoid responsibility and ignore a customer for this long. The lack of follow-through and communication is unacceptable. I would not recommend buying a car from here or even going here for service. Based on my experience, you cannot rely on them to take responsibility if something goes wrong.

  Three times we've bought our Toyotas from Freddie. He made the buying experience so much better than any other dealers I have been. And trust me, I've been to many places helping family and friends with their own new vehicle purchase. Paperwork was less than 30 minutes, and the final close out was harmless to my time and patience. Go for them if you're looking. Ask for Freddie!

  Excellent service and friendly technicians! If you have a Mazda, this is a great option for service and inspections. I brought my car in for both an oil change and an inspection and was out in about an hour. Much faster than other places I've been.
