    I've been coming to get my CX9 serviced here for the past 3 years which was when I moved back to North Carolina. The waiting area is very spacious, has a tv, and coffee/bottled water. I'm usually out in a hour or less. Shout out to Stoney for his OUTSTANDING customer service....I appreciate your sharing of knowledge and recommendations. Thank you.

    ⭐☆☆☆☆ 1/5 My experience with this dealership has been extremely disappointing from start to finish. When I purchased my vehicle, I was given multiple promises that have still not been fulfilled. I was told I would receive a second key for the vehicle, but instead of providing it, I was later told that I would need to purchase another key myself. As a customer, I find this completely unacceptable. I also paid the dealership to handle my vehicle registration. Despite taking my money for this service, the registration process has still not been completed. I am currently driving on temporary tags that are close to expiring, which has caused unnecessary stress and inconvenience. Another major issue was the handling of my credit application. Multiple credit inquiries were made during the purchase process, and I was not properly informed about them beforehand. When I raised concerns, a dealership employee promised gifts or compensation for the inconvenience, but those promises were never honored. The vehicle itself was also not serviced as represented. I was told the car had been inspected and serviced before delivery. After purchasing it, I discovered that the cabin air filter, engine air filter, and hybrid battery cooling filter had not been replaced. Even the coolant level was below where it should have been. The dealership’s organization and communication have been equally frustrating. I have provided my insurance policy multiple times, yet I continue to receive requests to submit the same documents again. It feels like paperwork is being lost or there is a lack of communication between departments. At this point, I am even considering contacting the previous owner of the vehicle to determine whether a second key was originally provided to the dealership. I would simply like a clear and honest answer regarding what happened to the key that I was promised. What has disappointed me most is not just one issue, but the pattern of broken promises, poor communication, and lack of follow-through. As a customer, I expected honesty, professionalism, and accountability. Unfortunately, that has not been my experience. I hope dealership management reviews this situation, contacts me directly, and finally resolves the outstanding issues, including providing the second key that was promised and completing the registration process that I already paid for. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this dealership. Even after the General Manager’s response, the issue was never resolved. The issue with the second key was never resolved, despite my repeated requests. After purchasing the vehicle, I expected the dealership to stand behind its customer service and help resolve this matter, but that never happened. Unfortunately, my overall experience with this dealership has been very disappointing. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this dealership to anyone.
