  Amazing service from James & Cheyenne. Phenomenal, friendly, knowledgeable, and polite. While waiting for my car an unpleasant customer came in and the way they handled the situation was very professional compared to how the other customer was acting.

  This Mavis branch here on Franklin has been a life saver for me due to discovering something had stabbed one of my tires while I was at work. This has happened to me twice now (thanks ongoing construction). Scheduling a service is a breeze online and everyone here is knowledgeable and friendly and so helpful with any of their services. Thanks ya'll! I appreciate all you do!

  I scheduled an appointment for this morning to have multiple services done on my vehicle. They were not able to do some of them due to some equipment being down and an issue with my oil filter not wanting to come off. I won’t lie I was a little flustered until the manager approached me and explained everything and did not charge me for the service they did do which said a lot to me. Grateful for her and she seems like she’s the one keeping the wheels on the bus over there. The work they did do with my tire rotation balance made a huge difference in how my vehicle rides now. Thank you and your staff.

  Absolutely amazing service from Cheyenne. She was so professional and polite. For a woman in a man’s field she absolutely had a kind spirit and friendly smile. Seemed like she really knew what she was doing and running the place by herself in the office. I appreciate her and how helpful she was. Thank you.

  Absolute HORRIBLE customer service at the East Franklin Blvd location in Gastonia. I came in to have a tire mounted and was immediately refused service because the tire was used. The employee claimed it was “against company policy” but never even stepped outside to inspect the tire, which is in excellent condition. I’ve also had a used tire mounted at another Mavis location earlier this year that I made him aware of and have the receipt to prove it. Even more frustrating, Mavis’s own website says they mount tires customers already have and does NOT state they must be new. I’m attaching screenshots of their website, my previous MAVIS receipt from earlier February 22nd when I got the tire mounted, and my email confirmation for the tire I purchased February 19th proving that it was a used tire. I don’t know anywhere you can go and purchase a Pirelli tire for $47 brand new. So that proves that I purchased a used tire, and it even says in my email confirmation that the tread depth is at a 7, so that lets you know it’s a used tire. The February 22 receipt says new tire but that is not what I brought in. I did not purchase a tire from them as you can see from the total. All I got was a tire mounted. That is why I showed proof of the prior online purchase.I’ll upload a photo of the tire I took to the Gastonia location where I was refused service so you can see the condition of the tire. I’ve submitted this complaint to their corporate office as well. To me it was unethical and unprofessional.
