  Took my new (to me) Lexus GX470 to have tires & wheels mounted and an alignment -- these guys are awesome. Both Oliver and Hakeem delivered exceptional service, communication, and professionalism. No surprises because they communicated through the processes. Waiting area was nice with WiFi.

  I pulled into the garage to see my wife’s tire was flat. I took the tire off and headed to Mavis. I didn’t realize it but it was 5:55 when I walked in there door. And to my surprise- they quickly patched it and sent me on my way! Thanks for being so helpful!

  Received courteous, excellent service. Hakeem was professional, helpful and courteous. Patched a tire. Did not have an appointment. Wait time was very reasonable given this fact. Only complaint is technician did not put the valve stem cap back on the valve stem.

  I have came to Mavis many times, and have bought two sets of tires from them. I have had great experiences on previous visits. However, I was extremely disappointed with my visit today. I came in for a tire rotation and balance, an oil change, and a tire alignment. I came and picked up my car a short while later and went in and paid for the tire balance and rotation, the oil change, and the tire alignment. If I paid for all of those services you would think I would get everything I paid for, but that wasn’t the case. I got home and realized my tires hadn’t been rotated and there were no new weights on any of my tires - the reason I knew is because I have one tire different from the rest and it was in the same place. When I called and asked about it, I was asked if I had the wheel lock key for my car and I let him know I wasn’t sure and he asked me to bring the car back. When I brought the car back he explained that without the wheel lock key, they couldn’t take my tires off and therefore couldn’t do the rotation. We went out to my car to look for the wheel lock and they couldn’t find it and I ended up finding it while barely even looking. My thing is, if they couldn’t find this the first time, why was I charged for the service? They took my car back to do the rotation and balance, and the guy just took my tire off and moved it without even balancing it. Again, why am I not receiving the services I paid for? When asked about, the manager said he didn’t tell the tech to balance them, my question is why? I paid for the rotation AND the balance. At this point we asked a refund and I was told that it was too late to process the refund and I would have to come back the next morning - for a third time - if i wanted a refund. I just allowed them to do the rotation and balance because I leave for college in a few days. As a 20 year old female, I can’t help but feel as if I was taken advantage of. I will say I was offered a free oil change in the future but I am skeptical to even return because who knows if they will even complete the service.
