  Put my wife’s directional tires on backwards. Someone with a brain can read the arrow on the tires. Who are yall hiring? Do yall really specialize in brakes and tires when you can’t get a simple tire change correct?

  Mavis always comes in clutch. This location in particular has always been awesome. Had a slow leak in my tire. The other tire shop I went to that was more local to where I was when I got the flat claimed I needed a whole new tire. I’m a former tech myself so I wanted a second opinion. The guys here at mavis, Oliver and Joe showed me exactly what the leak was and where it was and confirmed that it was repairable. Props to their honesty! 10/10 would recommend this location to anyone.

  We woke up to an issue Saturday morning with a completely flat tire. This was more of an issue than normal due to it being my Son's wedding day so we had to be somewhere by mid-morning. I was able to make an early online appointment before Mavis opened, I arrived right at that time and they were able to get working on the tire immediately. It had a nail in a 'good spot' so it was repaired and I was back home within an hour of arriving. They helped us avert a crisis and get to the venue on time. The staff was responsive and courteous and even put the spare tire and everything back together for us. It was a great experience. I would highly recommend Mavis Tire on Hoffman Rd to everyone.

  This my first visit to Mavis. I discovered that I had a tire that needed replaced ASAP. I went online to Mavis at 7:13 am and was able to make an appointment for 8 am the same day. I checked in at 8, the rep told me it would take 45 mins. They replaced the tire, checked my brakes and suspension, showed me on the car what they saw, and made suggestions for a future date. I was out the door before 9 am. Nice folks to deal with and thorough. I will be back.

  I recently visited Mavis Tire on Hoffman Road to get my A/C checked and had a great experience. From the start, they offered a free inspection, which I really appreciated. The manager, Cris, and technician Mason were both professional and upfront about everything. They explained the issue clearly and gave me honest pricing with no pressure or runaround, which is something I don’t always see at other shops. Even though some parts were delayed, they were transparent about the wait time and kept me informed throughout the process. It was clear the delay wasn’t on the store’s end, and I appreciated their honesty instead of making excuses. Overall, I’m really satisfied with the service and how straightforward they were. I’d definitely recommend this location if you want honest communication and solid service.
