  Very happy with the tint on my Grand Highlander. I had side windows, rear window, pano roof, and front windshield done with IRX ceramic for approximately $1,000. Not sure if that’s reasonable or not, as it was the first car I’ve gotten tinted before. Took 2-3 trips there leaving my car for a 4-6 hours for each one, but I think the timing took a little longer just because one of the machines was malfunctioning. It didn’t affect the product. They did offer to pick the car up from my work and do it for me during the day if I’d have liked, but I preferred to bring it myself when I found the time. Windows look great. Heat is definitely lower in the car since having it done. Very professional staff.

  DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE! My elderly grandparents took their car (7/8) on recommendation from Toyota to remove PPM from the hood due to it breaking down from age. Said it was no problem and it could be removed and the hood will look good after. 3 days of the car being there the company called and had set up a 3rd party to come and remove the glue on Friday 7/9. Then my grandfather called today 7/13 and was told they still have not heard from the 3rd party. They decided to go pickup the car due to poor communication. Upon picking up the car the work was NOT complete. Glue was not even removed! My grandfather spoke with a manager and all they could say they don't remove glue. What sense does that make? You remove PPM and charge someone $1200 for that job and cant even get adhesive remover to take care of the customer? After the BS answers and $1200 taken wrongfully, my 80 year old grandfather now has to remove the glue himself. One of the worst businesses for customer service! It's sickening that you take advantage of people like this. Car was taken back to Toyota of Gastonia and couldn't believe how they left the car.

  A human answered the phone!! That was Thomas and he was a great help getting the side window and repairs done completely and in a timely manner. Pricing was fair and reasonable. Hoping I won need this type of help again, but if I do, I'll be giving Thomas a call back!!

  Got a spray in bed liner and a new tonneau cover for my new truck. They provided great service and products at a reasonable price! Definitely would do business with them again!
