  Cayden Trull at Keith Hawthorne Hyundai provided my wife and me with the best shopping and buying experience we had ever had for our latest new car (and we’ve been buying cars since before he was born)! He knew his vehicles thoroughly, was quick to respond to our (many) questions and was a great pleasure to deal with. We recommend that anyone call Cayden if you are the least bit interested in shopping for a car as he will make the process a pleasure. We wish we had met Cayden Trull years ago!

  We had an amazing experience at Keith Hawthorne Hyundai of Gastonia! Caden Trull was absolutely fantastic to work with—knowledgeable, kind, and never pushy. He made the entire process smooth and helped us confidently seal the deal on our new Palisade Calligraphy. What really stood out was his follow-up after the sale. It's clear that Caden truly cares about his customers long after they drive off the lot. If you're shopping for a vehicle, definitely ask for Caden—you won't be disappointed!

  I had a great experience at Keith Hawthorne Hyundai of Gastonia! Cayden Trull went out of his way to make sure I was able to purchase the perfect vehicle and color that I wanted...a gray Tucson to be exact! He made sure I understood everything my new vehicle could do! Mike Grayson did a lot to make sure this happened as well. This is our second Hyundai that we have purchased from them, and I am sure it will not be the last!

  Ponytail guy at the service desk wanted to argue with me about the lane keeping assist system light that is on on my dashboard. I've only been driving the vehicle for 5+ years, what do I know, right? See, genius? It does NOT stay on at all times, it can be turned off. The light stays on, even if I press the button to turn it off. That's the problem. Scrolled through my camera roll for 30 minutes just to prove this point. Bald-faced lying to a customer before they have even gotten service from you will 100% ensure that they NEVER get service from you, because you have proven that can't be trusted, from the jump.

  I purchased two vehicles from this dealership years apart but the first vehicles started having issues not even 6 months after having it. Fast forward 10 years later I went back because my first experience was favorable and they did try to fix the situation the first time. Bought another vehicle from them and things started happening one at a time, first the battery had to be replaced, there is always a burning smell coming from the vehicle. The tire sensors went out on all of the tires, and then what I feel is the worse thing in this weather is the air went out. Took it to repair shop and was told that the compressor is falling apart. Called to check on my extended warranty that expired in October which is not their fault but finance told me that they would have the guy who sold it to me to call me to possibly get into another vehicle but low and behold he never reached out. They sold me a lemon!
