  We had a great experience at Keith Hawthorne Hyundai. They were further away from our home but we chose them so to their excellent reputation. Our salesman Charles was great from start to finish. We drove him nuts but he went above and beyond to ensure that we got the car that we wanted at a price that we felt comfortable with. Best experience by far buying a car from them. My daughter who is a new driver is thrilled with our purchase and can’t wait to get a car of her own from Keith Hawthorne Hyundai. Highly recommend going there above all other Hyundai dealerships around. They were no bs, straight forward honest guys!! Thanks again!!

  Great experience all the way around! I was dreading the process of buying a car but everyone there made it super easy. From the time I walked in the door the staff was friendly and helpful. The team that worked with me was knowledgeable, patient, and made it a priority to ensure I was happy with my decision. I will definitely be back for future purchases!

  I started the paperwork here to buy my car at around 6pm on a Saturday. Cayden who was selling the car to me let me know that the detailing department had left for the day but that I could come back the next week to have them detail the vehicle for me. The next day I noticed the brakes were squeaking so I asked Cayden if I bring it back to have them check it for me. He let me know that I bought the car as is and so it would cost. Due to that I took it to a different place that let me know the front brake pads need to be replaced soon. After I literally just bought this car… and Hyundai won’t replace them for me. I am going to have to be spending money out of my own pocket to get new brake pads on a car I just bought. I also went back to get my detailing done and he told me since I already owned the car they would only wash the exterior. Even though I was promised the night I bought my car that they would detail it for me the next week. They also would not give me a tank of gas. I left having to go straight to get the gas station to fill the tank. Then I get a text yesterday saying that they had a sign the incorrect trade in papers. Instead they signed my moms title and not the Camry I brought in to trade so we had to go over there and fix all of that which was a huge mess. I have never seen a dealership full of such incompetent money hungry people.

  had to call to just come in and get my car fixed because they didn’t call me to report my part (I paid for ) was in after a week! Aaron had no clue what he was doing and over charged me even though I already paid for the labor. The cashier girl couldn’t even print my paperwork or recipe and just clearly unfit to do her job. She mixed my work with someone else’s and charged me wrong Update : THE SAME PART I had paid for , waited for and paid 1200$ to get fixed was NEVER FIXED - lake Norman Hyundai clearly stated the part was never replaced it’s the original one and they only cleared the check engine light

  ‼️‼️‼️‼️ IMPORTANT ‼️‼️‼️‼️ ‼️‼️ DO NOT BUY THE 2023 TESLA Y MODEL IN THEIR LOT!!! ‼️‼️ We spent two days of being there to get this car. They were very slimy on negotiating this car with us: Added fees, not running a battery diagnostic on it knowing we were coming in the next day specifically for this number before purchasing- so many things went wrong! Today, their employee, Alex, took the car to go get it charged. Alex backed the car into a concrete pillar this morning around 9-10 am. We sat at this dealership for two more hours. Alex came back, everything was presumed good. We went to lunch. It is now almost 2 pm and they are just now telling us about the damage to the vehicle Alex caused: it was NOT just cosmetic work; We called Tesla to insure this. The back bumper and plastic was scuffed, and the bumper was misaligned on that side. They were trying to get us to finalize this deal AFTER the accident occurred, BEFORE we knew anything about the accident (hours after the accident, actually). This dealership only wanted their repair guy to work on this vehicle. Tesla told us nobody should be working on a Tesla unless they are certified to do us because of the technology that is in a Tesla that is not well-known in the body shop or mechanic world after the Tesla is in an accident. This dealership did not budge on THEIR repair guy, who knows NOTHING about a Tesla in the sense that he is not certified to work on one, doing the repairs to this vehicle. The repair would cost about $1,800-$2,000 on the REPLACEMENT of a bumper. DO NOT let this dealership tell you it was just cosmetic; it was not! If you go to buy this, make sure they provide you with documentation that this bumper was REPLACED! Your censors could be off if you do not! So now, we are out two days off of work, to work on getting this vehicle for the dealership to not take responsibility for a traffic crash that THEY caused to the vehicle and were NOT going to tell us about. 🚩 They are NOT GOING TO GO THROUGH A TESLA-CERTIFIED DEALERSHIP TO GET THIS CAR THE REPAIR IT ACTUALLY NEEDS! 🚩 they said the bumper just needs, “to be popped back in.” According to Tesla, that is NOT the case: The vehicle needs a new bumper on it because of the censors attached to the bumper/back censors of this vehicle. This place is super sketch, guys. Don’t do it. Save yourself the headache and the time. There were so many red flags at this dealership. They were nice and got us to a good deal before being shady and trying to get us to finalize a deal on a car that was not agreed upon because of the crash damage to the vehicle. Chew on this: how many other vehicles in this lot has had shotty/shady work done to it, possibly after an accident that they caused and did not disclose, and sold it as new? If they were willing to do it to us, they will absolutely do it to you! If it feels off, IT IS. WALK. Thanks for coming to my Ted talk. Peace n blessings.
