  I needed to rent a car because my mom DIED and they wouldn't even rent a car to me. This place is a JOKE!!!! If I could I would have rated it ZERO STARS!!!!!!

  Great experience. They did not have the type of car that I reserved, so we were upgraded to a red 2027 Chrysler Pacifica van. It was very roomy and good on gas, with all of the technological upgrades for entertainment preferences for everyone. Also, the service was pleasant, quick, and courteous, and the weekend/after hours return was easy.

  Rented me a jeep hybrid, smelled like gasoline inside, each tire was 7 plus pounds of low air and no charging cable. Trash! May as well send me to a used car lot of totaled vehicles to pick out a car to rent. Lousy service

  Me and my wife recently rented two cars for our family vacation. This was our first time renting a car through them aside from insurance claims. We set up our rentals online which made the process easier during pick up. We received great customer service from a young man and a young lady they both were friendly, knowledgeable and quick. We had to put deposits down and it didn’t take long to put back on card after returning. We definitely will be using there services again.

  I was interested in buying a pre-owned. car from Enterprise in Gastonia, North Carolina going into my third week. I first spoke with Tae Daniel’s there was only one type of vehicle that I was looking for and they only had about three totaled. Almost 2024 and when was the 2023. So I’ve been talking with Tay a good two weeks, so on Friday, I believe that was the 19th, I sent him an email of some serious questions that I need to be answered before I can move forward got in touch with him around 11 AM. You tell me he works till 8 PM. Did not hear back any response at all. No questions answered. No phone call. No reply. I can’t get it today. Nothing! Saturday nothing another closed on Sunday so Sunday evening I wrote him a letter saying I need to talk with you today. It’s imperative so he would get it Monday morning when he came in because he told me he works Monday through Friday till 8 PM. Nothing not a phone call not a text, not reply nothing. I just wasted two weeks of my time and we all know time is something you cannot get back so then I called him on Monday, wanting to know why are you not replying to me? Why are you not answering my questions, and a guy named Andrew answer the phone says Well I can help you. I’m like well. This is crappy. You know what I mean I’ve been two weeks with this guy he ghosted me and now I’m gonna have to start all over again, not acceptable! So I told Andrew I wanted the car that was available online each day I get online and he said the 2023 was being sold that day, yesterday! I looked at the end of the night. The car is still on there. He didn’t call and say hey it hasn’t been sold, are you still interested? So then I go on the website again today and the 2023 the exact same car cause there’s some scuff marks in the back so I know it’s the same car. Is still on there, but today they put just added! At this point, I am furious with her unprofessionalism and neglect, they seem very incompetent. I feel like this and I called another Enterprise rental car and told him exactly what was going on. There’s only two vehicles the 2023 and the 2024. I truly believe that he was telling me that the car was being sold today yesterday to get me to buy the 2024 for a total price I told him I was uncomfortable with . I do feel like he was giving me the good old scare tactic. Oh no, this was being sold, well it wasn’t. It’s the same car that’s on there today, but you put just added False marketing. so. They wasted three weeks of my time, so now I won’t deal with them whatsoever and oh by the way it just so happens at Tae calls me back today when I was working with Andrew. I’ve had enough of their BS I will take my money and my business elsewhere! Here is the car, the same car the one that states today just added, and another screenshot this past two weeks the one that he told me was being sold yesterday. I know that it’s the same car, because if you open up the trunk, the back of the backseat has tons of white marks on it don’t know what they are, but they look awful. I went to upload again today. It’s the same car cause I viewed the pictures and it was the same white spots all over it . You know what word-of-mouth goes far.
