  Was quick and easy to rent the vehicle preferred. Sales persons polite, kind, patient, professional. This is DEFINITELY where we will be choosing going forward

  My car was rear ended in mid March and placed in the body shop. I picked up a rental car here at this location. The car was decent no issues at first, but then the car started saying service soon and the brakes were vibrating a little. I called the store and asked to swap out cars. I received another car. I could tell this car was a rental. The seats were a little dirty from previous rentals and the outside exterior had some marks etc. All though both the cars worked mechanically, I still wasn’t satisfied. So I contacted the manager of this location(Shay). Shout out to Shay!!! Shay listened to my concerns and she owned the mistake. “She told me her team didn’t get it right the first two times, but she would make it right”, and she did. The next car her and her team put me in was great! Shay even called me to let me know she’d extended the rental for me because the body shop hadn’t completed all the repairs. I’m old school when it comes to customer service . Shay and her team showed that type of customer service. They accepted the ownership and provided a solution. No one had an attitude, everyone was pleasant! I will rent again from this location. This young lady is definitely an asset to this company.

  5 stars to Ms Nashayla Warren. Absolutely get job going above and beyond when Enterprise didn't have my rental ready for me due car not having a valid inspection/tags.. She called all over trying to find me a full size suv.. hours later she found a Nissan Armada available.. Thank you so much

  I’ve been renting from the Gastonia location for over a year, and I just want to recognize Vanessa and her team for consistently providing great service! Every employee I’ve interacted with—whether in person or over the phone—has been helpful, professional, and easy to work with. That kind of consistency says a lot about the leadership and environment management has created. I also want to shout out Alicia, Angie, and even the team members whose names I don’t always catch. Everyone plays a part, and it shows. I’ve gone through some personal challenges this past year, and having a location I can rely on has meant more than they probably realize. Vanessa and her team always handle things with patience and professionalism, and that really sticks with me. Vanessa is a great example of what customer service should look like. I truly appreciate her and the team she leads!!
