  Did not receive a spare key ...no code for the one receive at purchase. Delivery of vehicle to home a plus. Overall satisfied..dealt with Mike at Gastonia nc sales, good experience..automobile delivery was timely and delivery driver was friendly and knowledgeable

  I CAME THERE TO LOOK AND GET AN ESTIMATE BEFORE OPENING, AND FROM THE START MR. TONEY WAS VERY ATTENTIVE AND LISTEN TO MY ORDEAL AND WHAT I COULD WORK WITH, I HAD TO LEAVE AND GO TO SLEEP FOR WORK THAT EVENING, BEFORE I COULD CALL BACK IN REFERENCE HE HAD ALREADY FOUND ME SEVERAL VEHICLES TO CHOOSE FROM NO HASSLE NO STRESS... THIS HAS ACTUALLY BEEN MY BEST CAR SALES EXPERIENCE EVER MUCH BETTER THAN NISSAN OF GASTONIA THANK YOU SO MUCH TONEY

  ​Title: Beware of management’s errors, delayed communication, and hidden fees! ​I had a terrible experience with the management team at this location. My salesperson was actually very nice, helpful, and professional—this review is not about him. The issue falls entirely on the manager. ​Due to a clerical date error made entirely by their finance department, the lender rejected the loan contract. What makes this worse is that the manager waited an entire 43 days before even contacting me to let me know there was an issue. ​Instead of owning up to their mistake after almost a month and a half, the manager tried to force me to put down an extra $450 out of my own pocket to fix their error. When I rightfully chose to unwind the deal and return the vehicle, they then tried to illegally withhold $200 from my down payment for "restocking" and "cleaning" fees. ​North Carolina law strictly mandates a 100% refund when conditional spot-delivery financing falls through. It wasn't until I stood my ground on my legal rights that they finally refunded my money. To top it off, they tried to pressure me into signing additional waiver forms on my way out. ​The frontline sales staff was fine, but management's practices here are completely unprofessional. Be extremely cautious, check every document, and do not let them bully you into paying for their administrative mistakes!
