  Attempted to get an oil change and state inspection for my fleet vehicle, but the location was unable to service it. If you have a fleet vehicle, don’t waste your time going to this location

  This location has lazy workers who really don’t want to do any of the other services the other locations offer it’s sad and they never pick up the phone you go up there and not even busy.

  We went to this location after having our oil changed at another Valvoline in Knightdale. The skid plate was not put on correctly in Knightdale and the gentleman was very nice and fixed it quickly. We had great service and would go back to this location again.

  While I initially had a good experience, two days later I got the unexpected “fun” of having the skid plate come lose. And my fun I mean absolutely terrifying moment when going 70 on 540 and the bottom of my car start rattling and shaking. They did fix it (for free which is funny cause it’s not fault it came lose ) so in the future I think I’ll just with my mechanic. Not as convenient but at least I know this won’t happen again

  Chris, the manager, was very informative and knowledgeable about the service performed on my vehicle. He also had a great attitude and provided friendly, professional customer service throughout the experience.
