  half the items they indicated they did on the invoice were not done. I basically paid 65.00 for an oil change and filter.(that is if they actually put a new filter on). They said they put in wiper fluid and did not, They said they checked my fluids but said power steering fluid was ok on the invoice but told me it wasn't and need some while I was there. They indicated they check tire pressure, they did not. They indicated they reset the oil change light in my dash, They did not because that has to be done inside the vehicle. Not ever going back there. Get a new manager. He tried to blame it on the other people. He should have been checking what they were doing and make sure everthing on the invoice was done. I will have someone else check my oil filter and if its not a new one you will be hearing from me.

  Before my husband went to this Valvoline, he had gone to a different Valvoline that did not have his oil filter available. They told him to come back that they would order the part so that they could take care of it when he returned... they never "received" the part, but we're sure they did not order it. My husband we very upset and drove a few miles to a different Valvoline which was incredible! Their customer service was impeccable, and they were able to take care of my husbands' truck without a hitch! Now that's what I'm talking about. Thanks to Blaze and his crew for getting my husband to love Valvoline again!

  Armstead and Blaze were great. I went in for an oil change for my son’s truck and when checking transmission fluid and filters they showed me how dirty they were which I greatly appreciated. They didn’t try to upsell me at all. I appreciated them showing me and not just telling me..
