I've been going here for the past 5 years for my inspections and to get oil changes. They always do a great job, and have even worked with me to help get my vehicle inspected. Today, I took my wife's car up there, and Jennifer got me in and out very quickly. She was so nice, friendly, and very helpful. I would recommend Grease Monkey to anyone looking to get their car worked on.

Second time in a row we have had an issue taking our company car here. First time they overfilled the oil by a half quart. Second time, they overfilled it again and the check engine light came on. Lied and said it was on before they did the service. Wasn't annotated in the notes, and then was called out about it, and the fact that me (the husband) is a mechanic. Being a company car, it has to be serviced by approved places, so I cannot do the services. P0011 code for over advanced timing on one of the camshafts (due to overfilled oil). Then, charged $50 to change the cabin air filter, and it was never changed. The plastic cover was left off and old filter still in place. We loved your old staff and their services. This new staff has caused you to lose our business and we have told everyone we know about our experience. You wont get our business back, but hopefully you will correct your current staff and not continue to lose business.
