  BEWARE!!! Went in for a simple inspection and was told I failed due to windshield wipers "dragging/skipping". They were less than a year old with no issues. But of course they had just what I needed there. Yeah no thanks. Because they make very little if any off state inspections they wanted to make a little off an unnecessary sale of wipers. Was failed and charged the $12 and some change to come back with new wipers and they would pass me and charge me the other $1 and change. Went to another station, Passed with no issues. Employees were rude and un professional. I have filed a complaint with the NCDMV License and Theft Bureau. They are in charge of all inspection stations in the state. Frankly, inspections are a scam in general but for a business to try such shenanigans is ridiculous! A simple $13 inspection has now cost me $26.

  Rockstars. They helped me out, all my oil leaked because valvoline used the wrong size gasket about a week ago when I got an oil change. But the guys and gals here did me right and fixed it without charging me which I didn’t expect but am very grateful for

  I brought two company trucks to Grease Monkey at 7:40 a.m. so we could be first in line for oil changes when they opened at 8:00. An employee was already opening the bay doors, so everything appeared ready for business. However, when I asked for oil changes, I was told they don’t start oil changes until 9:00 a.m.—despite opening at 8:00. That makes no sense for a business that specializes in oil changes. We went out of our way and planned ahead, only to be turned away for the exact service they’re supposed to provide. If this is their policy, it needs to be clearly communicated. If it’s not, then this felt like poor service and a lack of accountability. Either way, it was a frustrating and disappointing experience.

  Do not Come here at this place absolutely sucks. Someone in their company put a exceeding amount of oil in my car to be exact about 2 inches above the dot where it’s supposed to be at never come here not coming back here ever again this place is absolutely sucks. no, then I just called about to get my money back and they said that they couldn’t see the picture clearly but another shop apparently saw that picture clearly cannot admit that this place sucks never ever ever come here I spent $100 for a trashy oil change and I can’t even get my money back and on top of that I had to pay extra to get the oil removed and put it back in
