First off, kudos for being open on July 4th when everyone else was closed (I think they were working a half day). I was in and out in about 13 minutes. $99 for a synthetic oil change but I had a $25 coupon. Very good. Air cabin filter was very dirty, though $65 for that seemed a little rich. Overall, very happy.

BEWARE OF THIS PLACE!!! This place has gone to crap with new management and staff. They lied to my husband and I several times during our interaction with them. My husband took his car in for a simple oil change. He had always taken his car there. They couldn’t get the drain plug off because it had been stripped. Well they are the only people to have touched the car between the last oil change and this one. They admitted that one of their techs didn’t know how to work the impact drill and completely stripped the drain plug on the last visit. We went back up there to talk with the “district manager” who assured us that they would get it taken care of and replace the drain plug. Well how funny that we took my husbands car to a different place for an oil change this time and they couldn’t get the drain plug off because it had been stripped… grease monkey never replaced the drain plug they just shoved the old one back in. Now that the drain plug has been replaced the gasket is crap and the car now has an oil leak that will cost us more money to get fixed.

Full synthetic oil change rate is $109 which is already at the high end...then they charge more for anything over 5 quarts, then they add a an oil filter charge and another additional $5 charge for shop materials. My son did add the oil cleaner that they suggested, which we did not know was an additional $25--price was not given prior to checkout. $109 turned into $171. Absolutely insane for a basic oil change.
